D	Daniel Zanaschka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht von der Kanzlei Hämmerle & Hämmerle, auf meinen Wunsch heraus wurde ein Ehevertrag aufgesetzt mit einer vorab vereinbarten Honorarnote v. EURO 500, - damit war ich einverstanden! Nach erst einem MONAT bekam ich per Post einen Entwurf zugeschickt - der nicht nur fehlerhaft war, sondern auch so nicht meinen Wünschen entsprochen hat, ich wollte nur ein paar Korrekturen vornehmen lassen! -> die Antwort v. Frau Hämmerle; wenn ich eine Korrektur vornehmen möchte, dann nur um fast das doppelte Honorar! Das war mir zu viel und auch nicht vereinbart! Darum musste ich den Auftrag stornieren; für "NICHTS" 20Min Gespräch und einen nicht korrekten Entwurf (Name von mir und meiner Zukünftigen war falsch geschrieben, obwohl beide Ausweise zur Kopie vorgelegt wurden, viel zu Oberflächlich geschrieben, es wurde überhaupt nicht ins Detail eingegangen, einfach nicht durchdacht, .... eine Katastrophe) - wurden mir heute EURO 144,00 in Rechnung gestellt! Ich werde natürlich zahlen, obwohl ich nicht gewillt bin, aber wer möchte den schon mit einer Rechtskanzlei zum diskutieren anfangen!? Meine Unzufriedenheit möchte ich jedoch weitergeben! Unfortunately, I am very disappointed by the law firm Hämmerle & Hämmerle, at my request a marriage contract was set up with a pre-agreed fee. EURO 500, - I agreed with that! After only one MONTH I got a draft sent by post - which was not only faulty, but also did not meet my wishes, I just wanted to make a few corrections! -> the answer v. Mrs. Hämmerle; if I want to make a correction, then only about twice the fee! That was too much for me and also not agreed! That's why I had to cancel the order; for "NOTHING" 20Min conversation and an incorrect draft (name of me and my future was misspelled, although both IDs were submitted to the copy, much too superficially written, it was not at all detailed, just not thought out, ... a catastrophe) - I was charged today Euro 144.00! Of course I will pay, although I am not willing, but who would like to start already with a law office to discuss? However, I would like to pass on my dissatisfaction!
