This company just STOLE from me. I ordered an item from Wing It-Kagran and the order was never delivered. I tried to email, to call, nothing went through. I can't even make a note on the app that my money was taken and nothing was delivered. I can only get generic messages about how they are receiving more messages than usual so it will take a while to get to me. This is disgusting that they can just steal from people and think that it's okay. This needs to be made right. They are THIEVES. Do NOT use this app!

I'm new to Vienna. I've ordered probably 10x here and right now cooking spaghetti at close to midnight since once again my order didn't show up. I just deleted my account.

I want to give 0 stars! They delivered my food to the wrong address and charged me the full amount of money. In the end the mjam team told me it was my fault as I put the wrong address which I definitely didnt. I know where I live, the system did this automatically. This is stealing money from clients and I will never ever order nor a single frie from this platform.

I ordered food and it never arrived. The customer service in unfriendly, the driver that called me didn´t speak German nor English and didn´t care about my delivery. I didn´t receive any food at the end and mjam kept my money. I am super angry + hungry and cannot believe to receive a service like this from a company like mjam. The customer service told me, it´s my mistake - that I put the wrong address which is 100% not true. There was a mistake in the system and mjam blames its customers for this. That´s a NO GO!

As others said, half a star is more than enough for the awful experience I have EVERY SINGLE TIME with this app and service!! I search for a restaurant in my neighborhood and it doesn’t find it even though I give the name. Then once you find it sometimes it says they are closed WHEN THEY ARE NOT!!! I search for the name of the restaurant and it shows 300 other restaurants other than what I specifically ask for. I mean really, This was not just the annoying things I faced when using their website, I just don’t have the energy to go through the horror in my head again and type it down??‍♀️??‍♀️ sorry but I am just amazed how in this day and age and country, this service is still so bad..?

Ordered in Vienna and in Bregenz, food always comes when it says it will and is always great, hard to find how to rate the restaurants as despite what the customer service centre said I have never been sent a link to review the restaurants. So grateful to all the poorly paid delivery guys who have walked, cycled and driven miles during lockdown to keep us all fed. No they might not speak english or german but they are trying their best.

~10 orders in Austria, Vienna. So far, the delieveries always came and depending on the restaurant on time or not. I never had to contact the support yet. The reviews here are scary thou. I think, the vast majority of people, who are satisfied, don't get the idea to rate mjam. If you want to review it and are reading this, please include your area and how often you ordered and how often it didn't work out. That might give some insights

Shockingly awful! The driver was surly and abrupt and couldn't get away fast enough. When I attempted to pick up the bag the bottom fell out due to being soaked in oil and sauce . The contents were in a state of disarray and included some items completely unconnected to my order. I can only assume that en route the bag along with others had fallen over and the driver had indiscriminately stuffed the contents back wherever he could and consequently mixed up the orders. I attempted to stop him as he sped off but was unsuccessful although I am certain that he saw me. I immediately drove to the restaurant and presented the soggy mess to the manager. He was as shocked as I was and offered to replace the entire order. He then contacted mjam by telephone. To their credit they took responsibility and made a full refund. The whole incident was a very negative experience and reflects badly on mjam which is unfortunate because the concept of a restaurant delivery service is a good idea. I would suggest that mjam perhaps select their drivers more carefully and try to recruit people who can at least pretend to be friendly and who have some level of honesty and integrity. In this particular case I feel that one star is way too high and regret tipping the driver. I shall refrain from using this platform until the reviews improve.
