A	Alessandro La Micela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOHNGUT ist leider absolut unflexibel wenn jemand Interesse an einem Wohnungskauf hat: die kostenlose Reservierung einer Wohnung war nicht möglich - nicht mal für 1-2 Wochen bis eine Kreditentscheidung seitens der Bank vorgelegen hätte. Es sollten ca. 3000€ Reservierungsgebühr für eine Wohnung um die 285.000€ bezahlt werden mit der Unsicherheit, dass die Bank den Kreditantrag ablehnt und somit auch die Reservierungsgebühr weg ist. Lag evtl. auch nur am Willen der Sachbearbeiterin ohne dass die Geschäftsführung davon weiß, wie mit Interessierten Kunden und der Reservierungsgebühr umgegangen wird. Bei solchen Kaufsummen sollte man seinen Kunden etwas entgegen kommen. WOHNGUT is unfortunately absolutely inflexible if someone is interested in buying an apartment: it was not possible to reserve an apartment free of charge - not even for 1-2 weeks until the bank had made a loan decision. About 3000 € reservation fee for an apartment should be paid around 285,000 € with the uncertainty that the bank rejects the loan application and thus the reservation fee is gone. Maybe it was just the will of the clerk without the management knowing how to deal with interested customers and the reservation fee. With such sums of money, you should be able to accommodate your customers.

Besonders Frau Vetter war immer sehr professionell und schnell bei der Beantwortung von Fragen. Das Projekt AMBIENTE22 wurde innerhalb der Zeit fertiggestellt und das ist heutzutage eher die Ausnahme! PS : Die Errichtung der Anlage auf Baurechtsgrund wurde immer und jederzeit klar kommuniziert bzw. informiert. During the entire process, from the first meeting to the handover, a very pleasant cooperation. Ms. Vetter in particular was always very professional and quick in answering questions. The AMBIENTE22 project was completed within the time frame and that is rather the exception nowadays! S	Selina Benli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr zufrieden, Frau Vetter hat sich super um alles gekümmert und auch bei Möglichkeit die Wohnung sogar länger reserviert, alles lief super bis zur Schlüsselübergabe. Das einzige was mich stört ist der Gartenzaun, leider meiner Meinung nach zu niedrig und man sieht alles rein, sonst war alles in Ordnung. Ich würde den Bauträger nur weiter empfehlen. I am very satisfied, Ms. Vetter took great care of everything and even reserved the apartment for longer if possible, everything went great up to the key handover. The only thing that bothers me is the garden fence, unfortunately too low in my opinion and you can see everything, otherwise everything was fine. I would recommend the builder.
