★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme sem odtažení z A2 dálnice z úplně novým Volvem s poruchou přívodu paliva. Bohužel autorizovaný servis nezafungoval, jak měl a čekali jsme na díly. Za celý den nám nikdo nenabídl kafe, vodu. Informovanost o opravě byla velmi mizerná. Musel jsem volat já a neustále se ptát. Celkově jsem byl zklamaný. Servis dělá značce Volvo ostudu.
 We were towed here from the A2 motorway with a brand new Volvo with a fuel supply failure. Unfortunately, the authorized service did not work as expected and we were waiting for parts. Nobody offered us coffee, water all day. Awareness of the repair was very poor. I had to call and keep asking. Overall, I was disappointed. Service is a shame for Volvo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wird sich vom wirklichen netten Empfangspersonal immer viel Zeit genommen und auch die Service und Werkstattleute machen einen guten Job. Habe hier noch nie das Gefühl gehabt dass mir etwas aufgeschwatzt wird was nicht notwendig wäre. Natürlich ist es etwas teurer weil Originalteile und nicht Nachbau aber dafür Is alles Top.
The really nice reception staff always take a lot of time and the service and workshop people do a good job. I have never had the feeling that I was talked about something that wasn't necessary. Of course it is a bit more expensive because original parts and not replicas, but everything is great.

So freundlich und nett und Hilfsbereit hätte ich mir auch in Deutschland gewünscht, freu mich mein Autohaus gefunden zu haben
I called the Denzel dealership from Germany today about moving to Millstatt with my car.
I would have liked to have been so friendly, nice and helpful in Germany, I am happy to have found my car dealership

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einer Panne an meinem Volvo wurde das Problem rasch behoben, obwohl die Werkstätte voll war. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter, von der Information über den Servicebereich bis zur Werkstätte.
After my Volvo broke down, the problem was fixed quickly, even though the workshop was full. Very friendly and competent employees, from information about the service area to the workshop.

Entweder hat der Verkauf (Firmenfahrzeug/Volvo) so viel zu tun, dass er ungenau arbeitet - oder es ist pure Schlampigkeit und Nichtwertschätzung. Fahrzeug ist zerkratzt eingetroffen, noch dazu an der falschen Adresse.. und zu einem nicht nochmals bestätigtem Termin. Der Verkaufsleiter sollte seinen Job wechseln.. scheinbar macht Beratung und Verkauf keine Spaß mehr. Ist auch die meiste Zeit nicht erreichbar. Denzel Klagenfurt wurde uns empfohlen, aber das muss ein Irrtum gewesen sein. Das Plus: der Mitarbeiter der Fahrzeugüberstellung war sehr nett und hat gut beraten.
Disappointing..
Either the sales department (company vehicle/Volvo) is so busy that it is imprecise - or it is pure sloppiness and disregard. The vehicle arrived scratched, at the wrong address.. and at a date that has not been confirmed again. The sales manager should change his job. It seems that advice and sales are no longer fun. Also unavailable most of the time. Denzel Klagenfurt was recommended to us, but that must have been a mistake. The plus: the vehicle delivery employee was very nice and gave good advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a problem with our car on the way from CZ to IT and found this closest service. The people were very kind and tried to help us although they were very busy. While we were waiting to find out what is wrong with our car, we could have a coffee and spend the time in their calm corner with a sofa admiring new Volvo cars. (Thank you)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was Friday afternoon and it was raining. It gets dark early in November. There was no electricity on the trailer - no lights, no blinkers, and there was still a long way home ahead... Quite a difficult situation especially if you are abroad. Although they were quite busy they helped me. They solved the problem and did not charge me. Amazing ... friendly and professional.
