★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mistelpromenade an sich verdient 5 Sterne, die dahinterstehende Hausverwaltung gwp verdient nicht mal 1 Stern.
Äußerst inkompetente HV, die vermutlich mit allem überfordert ist, was nicht der Norm entspricht. Bei Problemen wird nicht darüber gesprochen, sondern sofort mit Rechtsanwalt und Klage.
Bei 8 (!!!) Tagen Zahlungsverzug wurde mit Rechtsanwalt und Klage gedroht.
Kundenfreundlich ist was anderes.
The mistletoe promenade itself deserves 5 stars, the property management behind it gwp doesn't even deserve 1 star.
Extremely incompetent HV, which is probably overwhelmed with everything that does not meet the norm. If there are problems, it is not discussed, but immediately with a lawyer and lawsuit.
In the event of a delay in payment of 8 (!!!) days, the lawyer and suit were threatened.
Customer-friendly is something else.
