★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe von der Firma Rudolf Wohnbau eine Immobilie gekauft. Eine seiner Mitarbeiterin - meine Hauptansprechperson - ist extrem bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es werden die Mängel - die nun mal vorkommen können wenn man ein all in one package kauft - ernst genommen und sich darum bemüht mit den Sub-Firmen zu klären und zu beheben. Ich kann Immobilien von Herrn Rudolf nur empfehlen, wenn preislich sicher auch in der eher gehobenen Klasse.
 I bought a property from the company Rudolf Wohnbau. One of his employees - my main contact person - is extremely hard-working, friendly and helpful. The deficiencies - which can happen when you buy an all-in-one package - are taken seriously and efforts are made to clarify and rectify them with the sub-companies. I can only recommend Mr. Rudolf's properties, even if the price is certainly in the upper class.
