Totally unfriendly delicatessen employees because you should rather change jobs instead of serving customers rudely. Worse than nervous people, totally aggressive, never return to this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde es unmöglich, wie Billa und Billa Plus Mitarbeiter ihre Kunden veräppeln. Ich arbeite selbst im Handel und finde es einfach eine Frechheit, dass anderen Kunden vor mir zB. drei Einkäufe mit je 6 -25% Stickern "erlaubt" werden, ich aber wenn ich sage ich habe meine Sticker zu Hause vergessen und ob ich sie bitte auf ein einziges Produkt trotzdem einlösen kann gesagt bekomme dass das nicht geht. Entweder man hält sich ganz an die Regeln oder garnicht. Einfach nur schwachsinnig und unfair. Ich gehe aus diesem Grund nur mehr im Notfall zu diesen beiden Geschäften.
I find it impossible how Billa and Billa Plus employees kidnap their customers. I work in retail yourself and just find it a joke that other customers in front of me eg. Three purchases with 6 -25% stickers "allowed" will be "allowed", but if I say I have forgotten my stickers at home and whether I can still redeem them on a single product yet to be said that this is not possible. Either one stops at the rules or not at all. Just weak and unfair. For this reason, I only go in an emergency to these two shops.
