Ein Gleitsichtglas, das ich beim Tragen der Brille geringfügig anders wahrgenommen habe als dies aufgrund der sorgfältigen Bestimmung der Sehschärfe zu erwarten war, wurde kostenlos (!) getauscht. Herr Prevedel hat mir leicht verständlich erklärt, wie Sehen als ein subjektiver Prozess im Gehirn abläuft. Ich kann mir keinen kompetenteren Optiker vorstellen. Mr. Prevedel gave me excellent advice and aftercare. A varifocal lens that I perceived slightly differently when wearing the glasses than was expected due to the careful determination of visual acuity, was exchanged free of charge (!). Mr. Prevedel explained to me in an easy-to-understand manner how vision works as a subjective process in the brain. I cannot imagine a more competent optician.

Die Beratung ist stets speziell auf die Belange des Kunden ausgerichtet, das Service - auch lange nach dem Kauf - super! Auch meine Gattin ist Kundin dort. I've been a customer of Gerald Prevedel and his team for around 30 years. Mr. Prevedel is an incredibly competent and friendly optician, regardless of whether it is about contact lenses or glasses fitting. The advice is always specifically geared to the needs of the customer, the service - even long after the purchase - great! My wife is also a customer there. I can't think of any better treatment as a customer. It's great when you feel that you are in good hands with such an important topic as visual performance! Thumbs up for the whole team!
