Ich bin wirklich glücklich, ihn zu finden, denn die meisten BMW Autoverkäufer sind einfach voller Ego, unmotiviert und sehr sehr hochnäsig. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Ich habe schon seit ungefähr 6 oder 7 Monaten nach einem Auto gesucht. Ich war also bei vielen verschiedenen Marken und habe viele Verkäufer getroffen. Die meisten von ihnen wissen irgendwie nicht, was sie verkaufen und wie sie sich mit anderen Marken oder Autos vergleichen können. Einige haben zu viel Ego, ich kann wirklich nicht mit solchen Leuten umgehen. Herr Krasnansky ist aus dem car Race sport, so dass er wirklich weiß, was man braucht und was man bekommt. Vor allem aber ist er ein Typ, dem man vertrauen kann. Die Informationen und das Angebot, das er gegeben hat, sind die wirklich die besten... Ich kann euch allen wirklich empfehlen, sich mit ihm in Verbindung zu setzen, bevor Sie ein Auto kaufen oder sogar eines auswählen. I'm really happy to find him, because most BMW car salesmen are just full of ego, unmotivated and very, very snooty. -------------------------------------------------- ------------------ I've been looking for a car for about 6 or 7 months. So I've been to a lot of different brands and met a lot of salespeople. Most of them somehow don't know what they are selling and how to compare to other makes or cars. Some have too much ego, I really can't deal with people like that. Mr. Krasnansky is from the car racing sport, so he really knows what you need and what you get. Most of all, he's a guy you can trust. The information and the offer that he gave are really the best ... I really recommend all of you to get in touch with him before buying, or even choosing one, a car.
U	Ursula Stowasser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich schon mehrmals ein Auge zugedrückt habe, weil das Service eigentlich sehr schlecht ist, hat es mir heute gereicht. Termin wurde für 8h vereinbart, war nicht im System, der zuständige Herr nicht im Haus, ich soll warten, als ob ich sonst nichts zu tun habe. Der Kauf des Minis war noch ok, bzw. nur bis zu dem Zeitpunkt wo ich das Auto übernommen hatte. Es waren dann einige Sachen, keiner konnte mir wirklich helfen, weil glaube ich auch keiner eine Ahnung hat. Betreffend Servicetermine hat es nie geklappt. So nun zwei Kunden weg, wir haben auch noch einen BMW. Gibt ja noch andere Werkstätten. After having turned a blind eye several times because the service is actually very poor, it was enough for me today. Appointment was made for 8 hours, was not in the system, the responsible gentleman was not in the house, I should wait as if I had nothing else to do. The purchase of the mini was still ok, or only until the time I took over the car. Then there were some things, nobody could really help me, because I don't think anyone has any idea. Regarding service appointments, it never worked. So now two customers away, we also have a BMW. There are other workshops.

Termintreue und Kundenservice sind einesTrabant würdig, aber nicht eines BMW´s.Wieso kann man nicht minus Sterne vergeben? Da würdet ihr kräftig abräumen!!!Niemand kann verläßlich eine Preisauskunft geben über Reifen umstecken und einlagern. Catastrophe, never again with me !! a chaos shop, look for a better shop for your beautiful BMW. Adherence to deadlines and customer service are worthy of a Trabant, but not a BMW. Why can't you give minus stars? Since you would clear away a lot! Nobody can give reliable price information about changing tires and storing them.
P	Pawel Kroker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicetermin pünktlich und kompetent, unkompliziertes abholen, Rechnung per Mail am nächsten Tag erhalten. Soweit alles TOP! Leider bei Gewährleistung das wahre Gesicht erkannt, nach 5 Minuten Besichtigung Fahrzeug nicht zur Gewährleistung zugelassen weil angeblich zweites mal Lackiert...und bei einem Vertragshändler als unfallfrei gekauft. Serviceleitung hat sich der Sache angenommen, bin gespannt wie's weiter geht. Service appointment punctually and competently, uncomplicated pick up, receive invoice by email the next day. So far everything is TOP! Unfortunately the real face was recognized during warranty, after 5 minutes inspection the vehicle was not approved for warranty because it was supposedly painted a second time ... and bought from an authorized dealer as accident-free. Service management has taken care of the matter, I'm curious how it goes from here.
