★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit 1998 Kunde bei Denzel Gumpendorf und habe immer wieder Zeiten mit Höhen und Tiefen erlebt.
Was ich allerdings in den letzten Wochen erlebt habe, dass hat sich einfach eine 5 Sterne Bewertung verdient.
Innerhalb von kurzer Zeit musste ich 2x in die Werkstatt und wurde beide Male bestens betreut.

 I've been a customer of Denzel Gumpendorf since 1998 and I've always experienced times with ups and downs.
However, what I have experienced in the last few weeks simply deserves a 5 star rating.
Within a short time I had to go to the workshop twice and was well looked after both times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a terrible experience for me as a customer. I brought the car there to check the cooling water. After one day nobody called me to inform what the problem of my car was. I tried to reach them and was informed that the car was already repaired and I had to pay half thousand euro. What has happened? What was broken? I was sent to a horrible man who told me that if I don’t pay, I’m no allowed to take my car. He was like threating me and forced me to pay! I don’t understand how can an agency selling such expensive car with expensive service fee have a horrible attitude to customers!!!
I advice you not to come to this Agency for any reason! They will try to get as much money as possible from your pockets with a mafia attitude!
