I could have never ever imagined to have such an awful experience!!!
Very very bad behavior of the porter (Lobby-man) in Hochhaus neue Donau in Wagramerstraße 4, very unfriendly atmosphere, he was so rude with me, shouting on me because of nothing. I never felt I am paying the rent an live there. Their behavior on every matter is so unprofessional. They do not even know how to treat people. And also the whole Migra company is not responsible for any issue, problem you have in the building. I personally wrote them several times in email and received NO SINGLE ANSWER. Then I started calling them and they were referring me to the mail, passing from phone to mail...... no answer at the end
I had so much Terrible time, had a feeling of a person in prison who could not talk with outside and get any help
Because of lack of responsibility, we had to move out from the building in the worst situation and way...
Offering flats with ZERO responsibility!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman working in the first floor is very rude and not willing to work. I noticed that she just answers to who she likes. Such people are shame for such big company. Worst ever experience. Dear Migra; you’d better to send mystery-shopper to see what is really going on. Because these workers are ruining the reputation of your company and its face in Austrian Property market.
