J	John Tillman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben den Notdienst an einem Sonntag leider 2 mal in Anspruch nehmen müssen. Und wurden zwei mal sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Am Vormittag war ich dort, um für meine Frau Medikamente zu besorgen, da sie zu krank war um selbst zu fahren. Das lange warten bevor überhaupt jemand kam, war erst der Anfang, und wurde von mir noch als akzeptabel gesehen. Doch dann wurde ich schon mal blöd angemacht, weil ich eine kurze Hose anhatte. Hab die Medikamente bezahlt und bin gegangen. Am Abend war meine Frau mit, um ein bestimmtes Medikament zu holen, da das andere keine Wirkung zeigte. Und wieder ewig gewartet und schon an der Sprechanlage sehr unfreundlich. Als sie endlich kam, völlig genervt, hat sie meine Frau mit den Worten empfangen " Können sie "Dem" sagen er soll sein Auto abstellen, ob wir nicht wüssten das das strafbar ist. Mit einem Ton der nicht mehr akzeptabel war. Und die Wortwahl war das schon gar nicht. In einem normalem Ton, währe alles in Ordnung gewesen, und ich hätte mein Auto unverzüglich abgestellt. So kam es, das wir dort dann nichts mehr brauchten, und zu einer anderen Apotheke gefahren sind. Bitte stellt auch an einem Notdienst Wochenende nur Mitarbeiter ein, die ihre Arbeit gern machen. Und nicht frustrierte Leute, die alle Kunden vertreiben. Unfortunately we had to use the emergency service twice on a Sunday. And two were once treated very rude. In the morning I was there to buy medicine for my wife because she was too ill to drive themselves. The wait long before anyone came was just the beginning, and was seen by me as acceptable. But then I was ever turned on stupid, because I was wearing a pair of shorts. I paid the medication and left. In the evening, my wife was with me to get a certain medicine, because the other did not work. And again forever maintained and very unfriendly on the intercom. With a tone that was no longer acceptable. And the choice of words was certainly not that. in a normal tone, everything Währe fine was, and I had parked my car immediately. So it was that we needed nothing there, and went to another pharmacy. Please also at a emergency weekend only employees, which make their work much. And not frustrated people who drive all customers.
M	Markus Resch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute um 11:50 Uhr dort um Selbsttests zu holen, hab mich an der Schlange angestellt und als ich an der Reihe war um 12 Uhr wurde ein Schild das Selbsttests ausgegangen seien rausgestellt. MERKWÜRDIG GENAU UM 12 UHR TESTS AUSGEGANGEN!!! Was there today at 11:50 a.m. to get self-tests, got in line and when it was my turn at 12 a.m., a sign that self-tests had run out was put out.
