Also der Zahnarzt selbst ist ein guter,freundlicher Arzt und die Behandlungen haben immer gepasst aber ich kann jedoch nur 1 Stern geben weil ich noch niemals in einer Praxis so herablassend am Empfang behandelt wurde! Diese unfreundliche und äußerst unsympathische Dame sollte versetzt oder gefeuert werden. Sie war mir vor der Pandemie schon unsymphatisch und eine solche Person hat am Empfangsschalter nichts zu suchen. Ich besitze ein ärtzliches Attest von der HNO Klinik in Graz das ich Maskenbefreit bin und wurde auf unfreundlichste Weise von der Empfangsdame abgewiesen da ich keine Maske trug TROTZ BEFREIUNG und sie lies mich auch nicht mit dem Arzt sprechen (dieser behandelte gerade jemanden) um mich zu beschweren. Unglaublich was die sich eingebildet hat mir eine Behandlung wo ich eh schon so lange auf den Termin warten musste obwohl es dringend war (auch sie vergab mir den Termin da es ihr egal war ob ich Schmerzen hatte, da ein Zahn abgesplittert ist). Auch wenn der Zahnarzt selber nichts dafür kann aber ich bitte darum das diese Frau zur Rechenschaft gezogen wird da eine Empfangsdame so nicht mit Patienten umzugehen hat! Good day! So the dentist himself is a good, friendly doctor and the treatments have always worked, but I can only give 1 star because I have never been treated so condescendingly at reception in a practice! This unfriendly and extremely unsympathetic lady should be transferred or fired. I was already unsympathetic to her before the pandemic and such a person has no business at the reception desk. I have a medical certificate from the ENT clinic in Graz that I am mask-free and was rejected in the most unfriendly manner by the receptionist because I was not wearing a mask DESPITE LIBERATION and she did not let me speak to the doctor (he was treating someone) about me complain. Unbelievable what she imagined a treatment where I had to wait so long for the appointment anyway, even though it was urgent (she also gave me the appointment because she did not care if I was in pain because a tooth had chipped off). Even if the dentist cannot help it, I ask that this woman be held accountable because a receptionist does not have to deal with patients like that!

Im Gegensatz, ich wurde immer ausführlich über die Behandlungsmöglichkeiten, die Alternativen und gegebenfalls Kosten aufgeklärt. Ich habe Herrn Dr. Fandl als äußerst korrekten und genauen Zahnarzt kennengelernt und kann ihn und seine Ordination daher ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Vom Erstkontakt bis zur Nachbetreuung verlief alles korrekt, sehr nett und höchst professionell. Ich fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben, Herr Dr. Fandl bemühte sich um den Erhalt meiner Zähne. Die Terminverwaltung funktioniert excellent, Wartezeiten sind im Minimalstbereich. Die Assistentinnen sind ausgesprochen mitfühlend und sehr, sehr nett. Insgesamt würde ich die Ordination Dr. Fandl unbedingt weiter empfehlen und möchte mich auf diesem Wege bei Herrn Dr. Fandl für die Bemühungen und die überaus nette Betreuung bedanken. M. I felt very well taken care of, Dr. Fandl tried to preserve my teeth. The appointment management works excellent, waiting times are minimal. The assistants are extremely compassionate and very, very nice. Die an unfreundlichkeit kaum zu übertreffende Empfangsdame sollte sich jedoch überlegen ob ein Beruf mit sozialem Kontakt (persönlich aber vor allem telefonisch) das Richtige für sie ist!! Dr. Wolgang Fandl is a very good dentist. The receptionist, who can hardly be surpassed in terms of unfriendliness, should consider whether a job with social contact (in person, but above all by telephone) is the right thing for you!

Vom Empfang bis zur Behandlung verlief alles sehr professionell und freundlich. Auch die Nachbehandlung und die Nachbesprechung waren von hoher Qualität.
