S	Sabine Wall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bereits das zweite Haustor in 7 Jahren, bei dem die Mechanik schon wieder kaputt ist. Die Hausbewohner konnten nicht mehr aus der Garage fahren weil sich das Tor nicht öffnen ließ, dann stand das Tor teilweise tagelang offen - was in Wien Gürtelnahe natürlich ganz toll ist, wenn da jeder Landstreicher aus- und einmarschieren kann! Seit Jänner gibt es ein « stabileres » Tor - bereits im Sommer gab es erste Probleme und das Tor schließt wieder nicht. Bzw öffnet es sich nicht korrekt, sodass die Parkplatzbesitzer (im Hof) nicht ausfahren können. Service lässt auch zu wünschen übrig bzw ist erst gar nicht erreichbar. Finger weg von dieser Firma!!!! Already the second house gate in 7 years, where the mechanics are broken again. The house residents could no longer drive out of the garage because the gate could not be opened, then the gate was sometimes open for days - which is of course great in Vienna, near the belt, when every tramp can march in and out! Since January there has been a "more stable" goal - there were first problems in summer and the goal does not close again. Or it does not open correctly, so that the parking lot owners (in the courtyard) cannot exit. Service also leaves something to be desired or is not available at all. Stay away from this company !!!!

Wir sind schon lange treue Kunden und haben 4 Tore von euch! Es gab...gibt nie ein böses Wort, oder wir kommen in 2 Wochen etwa!! Wir wurden immer auf das Beste und so bald .. so schnell.. als möglich betreut .. so auch heute wieder!! Auf den Privat Kundenbetreuer .. und alle Monteure kann man sich mit 100% iger kompetenten Arbeit verlassen!! Somit sagen wir wieder einmal recht herzlichen Dank!! Glg Fam. Der Techniker arbeitet schnell und absolut kompetent und das zu einem wirklich guten Preis! The best choice for me! I had Mewald swap the door operator for my old garage door and I am extremely satisfied. The technician works quickly and absolutely competently and at a really good price!

Ich habe zur Zeit ( das Geschäft ist erst am Anfang) zwei tolle Ansprechpartner Fr. Heszler und Herr Zwinz die für mich und auch in meine Interesse gearbeitet haben und mir entgegen gekommen sind mit einem guten Angebot und entsprechende Organiesierung des Geschäftes. Ich bin mir sicher dass am Ende , weiter gute und schöne Worte über dem Geschäft mit der Firma Mewald Ges.mbH äußern werde, und so meine Zufriedenheit über dem Sectionaltor und Antrieb für mein Einfahrtstor zu zeigen. Heute 07.05 2019 war es soweit. Ich habe mein Garagentor und Antrieb für mein Einfahrtstor bekommen. Hohe Professionalität und Effizienz könnte man in der Arbeit von 2 Mewald Mitarbeiter die bei mir waren , erkennen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der 2 Sachen die ich bekommen habe und möchte jetzt öffentlich mich bei Firma Mewald bedanken . I am very glad that I have finally found a company in this industry where people do not think directly of their own profit, but, customer-oriented, to the satisfaction of customers. At the moment (the business is just beginning) I have two great contacts Fr. Heszler and Mr. Zwinz who worked for me and also in my interest and who came to meet me with a good offer and appropriate organization of the business. I'm sure that in the end, will continue to express good and beautiful words about the business with the company Mewald Ges.mbH, and so to show my satisfaction over the sectional door and drive for my entrance gate. Today 07.05 2019 it was time. I got my garage door and drive for my entry gate. High professionalism and efficiency could be seen in the work of 2 Mewald employees who were with me. I am very satisfied with the 2 things I have received and I would like to thank publicly Mewald.

Weniger schön, eigentlich schon unverschämt, finde ich 94 € Fahrtkostenpauschale für 3 km zu verrechnen- Schade daher statt 5 nur 3 Sterne. Very good quality, competent, nice and friendly employees. Less beautiful, actually already outrageous, I find 94 € travel expenses for 3 km to be charged - a shame instead of 5 only 3 stars.
