★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HÄNDE WEG von dieser Firma und den Türprodukten! Unsere Eingangstür die eingebaut wurde, ist undicht. Es kommt ständig kalte Luft rein! Firma Hörmann ist zu inkompetent das Problem zu lösen (seit einem Jahr!!) Leider kann ich nicht null Sterne vergeben.
HANDS OFF this company and the door products! Our entrance door that was installed is leaking. Cold air is constantly coming in! Hörmann company is too incompetent to solve the problem (for a year !!) Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muß der Firma Hörmann ein dickes Lob aussprechen: Habe am 08. März 2022 ein Problem mit unserem Doppelgaragentor gemeldet und die Reparatur erfolgte durch einen symathischen und kompetenten Servicetechniker bereits am nächsten Tag! So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Vielen Dank!

I have to give Hörmann a big compliment: I reported a problem with our double garage door on March 8th, 2022 and the repair was carried out by a friendly and competent service technician the very next day! I have never experienced something like that! Thanks very much!
