Sehr nettes Personal Aber wenn man bei Rückgabe eines unbenutzten Produktes (nur 1 Tag nach Kauf) nur eine Gutschrift bekommt, darf sich keiner mehr wundern, warum immer mehr online bestellt wird ? Änderung von 2 Sternen auf 1: Ich wurde wurde ja hier gebeten, mich per e-mail zu melden, damit wir eine "Lösung" finden. Nach x e-mails hin und her wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es keine Lösung gibt. Und weiter: Wenn ich online bestellt hätte, hätte ich das Geld bar zurück bekommen ? - Was meinen letzten Satz oben leider nur bestätigt - Und was ich absolut nicht einsehe: nicht einmal eine Aufteilung in mehrere kleine Gutschriften, die ich dann beispielsweise einmal als Geburtstagsgeschenk einer Freundin geben könnte, wurde mir ermöglicht. Seit wann sind 5x 20€ nicht gleich viel wert, wie 100€?? Wirklich enttäuschend.

Very nice staff But if you only get a credit when returning an unused product (only 1 day after purchase), nobody should be surprised why more and more people are ordering online ? Change from 2 stars to 1: I was asked here to contact me by e-mail so that we can find a "solution". After x e-mails back and forth, I was informed that there was no solution. And further: If I had ordered online, I would have got the money back in cash ? - Which unfortunately only confirms my last sentence above - And what I absolutely do not see: I was not even able to break it down into several small credits that I could give to a friend as a birthday present, for example. Since when are 5x € 20 not worth the same as € 100 ?? Really disappointing.
