M	Martina Reibl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 21.12. wurde mein defekter Handlauf repariert. Die Stütze bei der Wand war gebrochen. Es wurden zwei Facharbeiter geschickt. Das defekte Teil wurde nicht mal ausgetauscht sondern nur geschweißt. Das hat nur wenige Minuten gedauert. Mir wurden insges. 2,5 Stunden dafür verrechet, da ja zwei Facharbeiter hier waren - doppelte Zeit. Es hätte natürlich nur ein Arbeiter gereicht. Hab sogar vorher Fotos gesendet, damit gebau ersichtlich ist was defekt ist. Ich musste EUR 219,00 dafür bezahlen. Als ich in der Firma anrief und um eine Kulanzlösung bat, wurde mir vom Chef gleich mit den Inkassobüro gedroht. Ich finde es absolut nicht kundenfreundlich sondern eine reine Abzocke. Der Handlauf wurde damals von dieser Firma montiert, da hat schon der hauseigene Tischler gepfuscht. Der Handlauf wurde nochmals neu montiert, neue Löcher gebohrt. Sieht man bis jetzt bei der Wand, wurde nur drüber gespachtelt. Und auch bei meiner Verglasung für den Hauseingang ging einiges schief. Kann diese Firma nicht weiter empfehlen. On December 21 my broken handrail was repaired. The support on the wall was broken. Two skilled workers were sent. The defective part was not even exchanged but only welded. It only took a few minutes. I was charged a total of 2.5 hours because there were two skilled workers here - twice the time. Of course, only one worker would have been enough. I even sent photos beforehand so that the building can be seen what is defective. I had to pay EUR 219.00 for it. When I called the company and asked for a goodwill solution, the boss immediately threatened me with the collection agency. I find it absolutely not customer-friendly but a rip-off. The handrail was assembled by this company at that time, the in-house carpenter was already messing around. The handrail was reassembled and new holes drilled. If you look at the wall so far, it was only filled over. And some things went wrong with my glazing for the house entrance. Can not recommend this company.

Wir fühlten uns von Beginn an gut aufgehoben, Preis-Leistung war super! Lieferung und Montage im Zeitplan wie vereinbart. Gerne wieder! Metallbau Strehwitzer built a stainless steel staircase and a terrace railing in a stainless steel-glass combination for us. We felt we were in good hands right from the start, the value for money was great! Delivery and assembly on schedule as agreed. Gladly again!

Nächstes Jahr brauchen wir mehr Platz, da werden wir von Strehwitzer die Erweiterung dazubauen lassen. Wir hatten im Haus und in der Firma immer wieder Vorstellungen, die nicht alltäglich sind. Herr Gerald Strehwitzer ist auf meine Vorschläge immer offen eingegangen, es hat zwar manches mal etwas länger gedauert, aber wenn es fertig war, war es quasi für die Ewigkeit - siehe Flugdach 97. I have been working with the Strehwitzer company since 1997, at that time they set up a canopy for us, the canopy is still like new. Next year we need more space, so we will have Strehwitzer add the extension. We always had ideas in the house and in the company that are not everyday. Die Betreuung war bereits in der ersten Phase der Angebotslegung überdurchschnittlich freundlich. Auch die technischen Ansprechpartner in der Planung zeichneten sich durch ein hohes Maß an Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit aus. Während der Bauphase wurden wir laufend über den Baufortschritt direkt von den Geschäftsführern informiert. Der relativ straffe Zeitplan wurde perfekt eingehalten. Die Monteure vor Ort waren freundlich und reagierten umgehend auf unsere kleinen Änderungswünsche. Unterm Strich können wir dieses Unternehmen nur weiterempfehlen!
