R	Ramiro Federici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz großartige, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter! Wir hatten schon im Jänner 2017 ein Problem mit unserem Einfahrtstor und dann noch mal ein Jahr später im Jänner 2018. Beide Male hat die Firma Haas einen Techniker sehr schnell zu uns nach Hause geschickt und das Einfahrtstor mit den Hörmann -Torantrieb war im nu wieder repariert bzw. wieder neu angelernt. Ganz tolles Service! Letztens war ich dann dort, weil die Handtaster sich nicht haben neu programmieren ließen. (auch die How-to-Youtube-Videos halfen nix) Da bin ich dann mal zu der Firma direkt hingefahren und die Taster wurden von dem Herrn Fuchs und seinen Technikern neu programmiert und das Alles ohne einen Euro dafür zu verrechnen. Ganz tolle Firma. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen. Man fühlt sich dort als Kunde wirklich super betreut. Die 5 Sterne haben sie sich echt verdient. Great, helpful staff! We already had a problem with our entrance gate in January 2017 and then again a year later in January 2018. Both times, the Haas company sent a technician to our home very quickly and the entrance gate with the Hörmann gate operator was repaired in no time or learned again. Great service! Recently I was there because the hand switches could not be reprogrammed. (Also the how-to-youtube videos didn't help) Then I drove straight to the company and the buttons were reprogrammed by Mr. Fuchs and his technicians and all without charging a euro for it. Great company. I can only recommend it to everyone. As a customer, you feel really well looked after. They really deserve the 5 stars.

Faire Preise. Kann ich nur wärmstens und mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen ! Bei uns ist nach Jahren der Wintergarten undicht geworden. So there are really still companies where customer service and service are fabulous! Punctual and extremely friendly staff who know exactly what to do! Fair prices. I can only recommend it warmly and with a clear conscience! Our winter garden has leaked after years.

Unfortunately, a very bad customer service. There is absolutely no interest in doing business with a private person. So I absolutely cannot recommend it to anyone.
