Der Betrieb ist ein Wahnsinn. Haben hier einen Teil unseres Hauses bauen lassen (Wintergarten, Fenster und [Terrassenschiebe-]Türen. Hat auch alles wunderbar geklappt. Aber dann kam das große Aha-Erlebnis. Nach einiger Zeit waren Reparaturen notwendig - so weit so gut und nichts aufregendes. Damit rechnet man ja, wenn das Haus in die Jahre kommt. Also nichts leichter, als bei den damalagen Handwerkern angerufen und einen Termin vereinbart. Die Firma Binder hat es nicht geschafft, zugesagte Rückrufe einzuhalten - und das nicht ein- oder zweimal, sondern unzählige Male. Auf Verdacht wurde angeblich von der Firma Binder beim Hersteller in Italien Ersatzteile bestellt ("weil meistens diese Teile kaputt werden"). Monatelanges Warten später rufen wir wieder an, weil sich von der Firma keiner meldet. "Nein, diese Teile werden nicht mehr produziert. Aber man werde sich um andere Teile kümmern". Sie werden es erraten - seit über einem Jahr kein Kontakt mehr mit der Firma Binder. Und so geht das ständig. Man ruft dort an und es wird einem das Blaue vom Himmel versprochen - nur gehalten wird überhaupt nichts.

The operation is insane. We had part of our house built here (winter garden, windows and [sliding patio] doors. Everything worked out wonderfully. But then came the big aha moment. After a while, repairs were necessary - so far so good and nothing exciting. You expect that when the house is getting old. So nothing could be easier than calling the craftsmen of the time and making an appointment. The Binder company did not manage to keep promised recalls - and not once or twice, but countless times. On suspicion, the company Binder allegedly ordered spare parts from the manufacturer in Italy ("because these parts usually get broken"). Months of waiting later, we call again because nobody from the company answers. "No, these parts are no longer produced. But other parts will be taken care of". You will guess it - no contact with the Binder company for over a year. And so it goes all the time. You call them and you are promised the blue sky - only nothing is kept at all.
