Sie haben auf keinen mails geantwortet! Beim mehrere Versuch, habe jemand telefonisch erreicht! Wer nicht helfen könntet! No way! Und habe bis heute noch nicht mein Geld retour bekommen! So eine Fima! I ordered weeks ago (from Vienna to Vienna), they did not inform me that the product is not what it says on the homepage in the photos and that you cannot send it off. You have not replied to any emails! After several attempts, I reached someone by phone! Who couldn't help! No way! And still haven't got my money back to this day! Such a company!

Die Lieferung ging rasch und schon nach nicht mal einer Woche waren die bestellen Sachen bei mir Zuhause. Meine Mutter ist sehr zufrieden und glücklich mit Allem. Weitere Einkäufe in diesem Shop werden folgen. Ordered some manicure and pedicure supplies here for my mother. The delivery went quickly and after less than a week the ordered items were at my home. My mother is very satisfied and happy with everything. Further purchases in this shop will follow.

Ich kann nur sagen: Spitzen Beratung, sehr entgegenkommend, sehr kompetent, sowie äußerst freundlich! Absolut weiterzuempfehlen! Macht weiter so! I asked for advice on pedicure chairs. It all happened over chat. My advisor was Fr Cser. All I can say is: great advice, very accommodating, very competent and extremely friendly! Absolutely recommendable! Keep it up!

Gar keine Infos über die Sendung oder Produkt. Am 13.2.2002 habe ich meine Bestellung storniert und bitte um eine Rückzahlung. Aber bekomme ich am 14.2.2022 nur eine Email mit Rechnung zurück. Bis heute, 18.2.2022 um 19:41 habe ich noch immer keine Rückzahlung von Mepix. Sehr mühsam!!! Same problem as other ladies. I ordered a device on December 8th, 2021. Until February 13, 2022 I only received a payment confirmation. No information about the show or product at all. On February 13, 2002 I canceled my order and am asking for a refund. But on February 14, 2022 I only get an email back with an invoice. To date, 18.2.2022 at 19:41 I still have no refund from Mepix. Very difficult!!!
