L	L A S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die gleiche Mitarbeiterin ist zum wiederholen Mal ungut, sie maßregelt und schikaniert, nämlich dort, wo es nichts zu beanstanden gibt, nicht super extrem, aber deutlich und chronisch. Mit diesen Machtspielchen ist sie für den Umgang mit Kunden leider nicht geeignet. Diaz-O St. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiterinnen in dieser Filiale untragbar, Belege werden verweigert, es werden beim Kunden Dingeunfreundlichst beanstandet oder er belehrt, wo die Verkaufsdamen nachweislich im Unrecht sind uvm. Mitarbeiterinnen sind für Kundenkontakt komplett ungeeignet. Da dies zum wiederholten Male und eigentlich mittlerweile jedes Mal vorkommt, gehe ich nur mehr in andere Bipa Filialen. Der letzten drei 5* Kommentar sind übrigens entweder selbst geschrieben oder Gefälligkeitsrezensionen, wo Bekannte nach der letzten 1* Beurteilung zur Rettung der Mitarbeiterin ausgeritten ist. Just saying. Employees in this branch are unacceptable, receipts are refused, the customer complains about things in the most unfriendly manner or he is instructed where the salespeople are demonstrably in the wrong and much more. Employees are completely unsuitable for customer contact. Since this happens repeatedly and actually every time now, I only go to other Bipa branches. Incidentally, the last three 5 * comments are either self-written or courtesy reviews, where acquaintances rode out to rescue the employee after the last 1 * assessment. Just saying.
