W	Wolfgang Werner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war am 04.08.2016 zur Testung eingeladen, eine Interessante Sache der erste Test (Allgemein) war eine sehr gute Sache, für Bewerber und Betrieb. Der Zweite Test (Führungspersonal) ist kurz gesagt Mist. Warum ist der zweite Test Mist??? Es gibt ca. 12 bis 14 Fragen. Sie kommen um 06.00 zur Arbeit was machen Sie als ersteres. Und jetzt gibt es 12 Wichtige Sachen, wie soll man wiesen was dieser Geschäftsführung von diesem Betrieb am wichtigsten ist. Ich war ihn sehr unterschiedlichen Betrieben tätig, und jeder einzelner Betrieb hat seine eigene Philosoph. 1. Kennzahlen sind das wichtigste. 2. Unfallverhütung ist das wichtigste. (Fundermax) 3. Weiterbildung ist das wichtigste. 4. Gewinn Maximierung ist das wichtigste. 5. Beziehungen ist das wichtigste. (ATW) 6. Personal ist das wichtigste. (Philips) 7. Stückzahlen mit so wenig Personal, wie nur irgendwie möglich. 8. Hygiene ist das wichtigste. usw..... ich persönlich könnte mit fast jeder Philosophie umgehen, nur sollte man die Möglichkeit bekommen sie auch zu erfahren. Und das macht die Fa. Melecs nicht. Was ich jedoch sagen darf ist dass dieses Unternehmen sehr hohe soziale Standards erfüllt und ich mir vorstellen kann dass man sich glücklich schätzen darf dort beschäftigt zu sein. Auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene wird hier großer Wert gelegt, Küche beziehungsweise Kantine sind vorbildlich ausgestattet, ebenso wie die Sanitärräume. Es wird auf Nachhaltigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein der Mitarbeiter geachtet, Altstoffe, Müll und Recycling ist hier allerorts und in jedem Berreich ein Thema. Vorbildliche Trennung, Lagerung und Entsorgung soweit ich das erkennen kann. Nichtraucherschutz und Rauchverbot gernerrell, ausgenommen einer "Raucherinsel" baulich getrrennt toll geregelt. Da ich nur bei der Bewachung und Sicherheitskontrolle in diesem betrieb tätig bin wenn nichrt gearbeitret wird kann ich nur sagen was ich was ich sehe wenn ich meine Kontrollgänge mache. Sie arbeiten gut mit Völker Personal zusammen, ein Freund von mir hat hier insgesamt 9 Tage gearbeitet, ich selbst 3 Wochen (ich hatte Glück;), nachdem er unter Berufung auf wenig Arbeit entlassen wurde. An diesem Tag verabschiedete sich letzte Woche ein weiterer Mitarbeiter von insgesamt zwei Mitarbeitern. Mein Fachwissen wurde von einem Chef, der Friseur wurde, unsichtbar beurteilt. Ich empfehle diese Firma niemandem mit einem guten Gefühl! A famous company with a great professional background.
