Ich war mit der Kommunikation absolut zufrieden u das Problem könnte rasch behoben werden. Kann ich nur empfehlen! Nedzibovic nimmt sich Zeit, um die Wünsche und Vorstellungen seiner Kunden zu verstehen, und bringt ggf. noch eigene tolle Ideen ein, um das Ergebnis noch weiter zu optimieren. Allerdings nimmt er keine Aufträge an, bei denen er selbst vom Ergebnis nicht überzeugt ist, oder er davon ausgeht, dass der Kunde am Ende nicht wirklich zufrieden sein wird - genau das erwarten wir uns auch von einem seriösen Handwerksbetrieb! Wir fühlen uns gut betreut. Saniert wurde übrigens ein Holzbalkon. Nach 20 Jahren tauchten an der Unterseite kleine schwarze Flecken auf. Wie sich herausstellte, war die Dichtungsschicht großflächig hinüber und manche Bretter zeigten morsche Stellen. Letztendlich sind wir aber doch einiges unter dem KV geblieben. I'm very satisfied!
