Außerdem wurde mir vor der Bezahlung der Bestellung per E-Mail versichert, dass diese nach Zahlungseingang direkt versandbereit wäre. Eine Woche später bekam ich dann im Zuge einer Nachfrage, wo meine Bestellung denn bleibt, die Antwort, dass das bestellte Produkt momentan nicht verfügbar sei und man nicht wisse, wann Nachschub eintreffen wird. Allerdings hat man mir ein Ersatzprodukt angeboten, an dem ich aber nicht interessiert war. Anschließend habe ich eine Frist zur Erfüllung des Kaufvertrages gesetzt, woraufhin man mir ohne meine Einwilligung die angebotene Ersatzware geschickt hat. Die Mühe der Retoursendung war es mir schlussendlich nicht wert, darauf hat man offenbar auch spekuliert. Ich kann jedem, der Ärger vermeiden will und nicht ausreichend Zeit mitbringt, empfehlen, hier nicht zu bestellen. The goods that were specified online as in stock were not in stock. Nach meiner Bestellung wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die gewünschten Artikel nicht lieferbar seien (Warenstandspflege im Onlineshop Fehlanzeige?!), und ich mit einer Ersatzlieferung vorlieb nehmen müsste, wobei Qualität und Preis aber ident wären. Obwohl für mich schwer nachprüfbar, stimmte ich zu. Die anschließende Lieferung erfolgte relativ zügig, doch mehrere Artikel wiesen massive Qualitätsmängel auf. Hierüber setzte ich das Unternehmen auch in Kenntnis. Eine Lösung (oder auch jedwede andere Reaktion zum Sachverhalt) erfolgte nicht. Auf mich persönlich wirkt dies, als wollte man auch hier in Zeiten der tendenziellen Knappheit von Hygiene- und Schutzausrüstung (Covid-Krise) eher das schnelle Geld machen, anstatt auf Qualität und Kundenservice zu setzen. Schade; ich bin sonst stets darauf bedacht, wo immer möglich von österreichischen bzw. regional ansässigen Betrieben zu kaufen, aber nach dieser Erfahrung wird es für mich keine Wiederholung einer Bestellung bei "medstore.at" mehr geben. For me personally, it seems as if one wanted to make quick money here too in times of the tendency to scarce hygiene and protective equipment (Covid crisis) instead of relying on quality and customer service. Pity; Otherwise I am always careful to buy from Austrian or regionally based companies wherever possible, but after this experience I will no longer have to repeat an order at "medstore.at".
