Entschuldigung gab es keine, hingegen eine Rechtfertigung, dass man ja überall warten müsste. Nicht professionell. I made an appointment at 2pm and without warning about possible waiting times I had to wait half an hour. There was no apology, but a justification for having to wait everywhere. Not professional.

Ich hab mich wirklich wohl gefühlt und und mich über jeden Termin gefreut und bin sehr gerne hingegangen. I've had my entire bikini line lasered here and it's so great. I can’t believe that I’ll never have more hair. I felt really good and happy about every appointment and I really enjoyed going there.

Keine war hier dann habe ich angerufen und die Dame sagte dass sie mich vergessen hat. in halbe stunde bin ich da sagte die dame und wieder nicht da. Mit paar leute zusammen vor der tür gewartet. Voll unfair. Deswegen günstig weil die einfach nicht kommen. today i had an appointment at 9:30. Nobody was here then I called and the lady said that she forgot me. I'll be there in half an hour, said the lady, and not there again. Waited in front of the door with a couple of people. Totally unfair. Therefore cheap because they just don't come.
