Etwas längere Wartezeiten, da man sich für jeden Patienten Zeit nimmt. Finde ich also in Ordnung.
Friendly and hard-working staff.
Slightly longer waiting times because you take time for each patient. So I think that's okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falsche Auswertung und noch Extrakosten bei meinem Sohn verrechnet, anstatt 23€ müsste er 72€ zahlen. Extra unfreundlich und schlapsig, so auf 8Art - es gibt von euch viel zu viele, die da kommen und sich aufregen.
Incorrect evaluation and extra costs charged to my son, instead of € 23 he would have to pay € 72. Extra unfriendly and sloppy, in an 8th way - there are far too many of you who come and get upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin gar nicht zufrieden. Ich fragte nach warum man keinen genauen Wert bekommt wieviel Antikörper man gegen Corona hat. Dann wurde mir erklärt das es einfach bei Ihnen so ist. Ich habe dann gefragt wo ich einen genauen Wert bekommen kann. Mir wurde mitgeteilt das man das nicht weiß.
I'm not at all satisfied. I asked why you don't get an exact value of how many antibodies you have against Corona. Then I was told that it's just the way you are. I then asked where I could get an exact value. I was told that you don't know.
