★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furchtbares Zeitmanagement. 2-stündige Wartezeiten sind hier ganz normal, trotz Termins! Wartezimmer geht über, Patienten müssen teilweise stehen. So kanns nicht funktionieren. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und dementsprechend unzufrieden.
Terrible time management. 2-hour waiting times are quite normal here, despite appointments! Waiting room changes, some patients have to stand. It can't work that way. I am very disappointed and therefore dissatisfied.
