In beiden Fällen war ich sehr zufrieden und wurde von sehr freundlichen Personal bedient. Das Ummelden des Vertrages, kauf des Telefons und allem drum und dran wurde sehr schnell abgewickelt. Man fühlt sich hier auch wie ein gewollter Kunde, nicht so wie bei anderen Läden wo man ewig wartet und schnell abgefertigt wird. I was there today to change my Telering tariff and to buy a phone. Yesterday I got advice there and also at other shops. In both cases, I was very satisfied and served by very friendly staff. The re-registration of the contract, purchase of the phone and all the trimmings was processed very quickly. You also feel like a wanted customer here, not like at other shops where you wait forever and get dispatched quickly.

Leider wollte die Dame vor Ort "so kurz" vor Schluss anscheinend nicht mehr und hat mich mit der Begründung "Das dauert zu lange" weggeschickt. In einem anderen Shop wurde mein Problem dann in 2 Minuten behoben. Von wegen zu lange... Wenn man keinen Bock hat sollte man nicht in einem Laden mit Kundenkontakt arbeiten ?‍♂️ Once and never again! 20 minutes before closing time I had a little request. Unfortunately the lady on site apparently didn't want to "so short" before the end and sent me away on the grounds that "it takes too long". In another shop my problem was solved in 2 minutes.
