Ansich war eine Lieferzeit von 2-5 Tagen angegeben. In der Antwort teilte man mir mit, dass meine Ware derzeit nicht lieferbar wäre und voraussichtlich in KW 49 versendet werden kann. Dies war zu dem Zeitpunkt noch über 7 Wochen hin... Deshalb habe ich meine Bestellung storniert und gleich um Rückerstattung meines bereits gezahlten Geldes gebeten. Auch hier nach 10 Tagen keine Rückmeldung. Daraufhin teilte man mir wieder auf mein Rückfragen mit, dass kein Geld von mir eingegangen sei. Nun als Nachweis den Zahlubgsbeleg angefügt. Mal sehen, wohin sich die Sache entwickelt. Bisher fehlende Information über Verzögerung der Ware und angeblich fehlender Geldeingang wirken ziemlich unseriös!!!! Ordered lamps online, after 1.5 weeks I was surprised that I had not received any goods and wrote an email. As such, a delivery time of 2-5 days was specified. In the answer I was informed that my goods could not be delivered at the moment and will probably be shipped in week 49. At the time, this was still over 7 weeks ... That's why I canceled my order and immediately asked for a refund of the money I had already paid. Again, no response after 10 days. Thereupon I was informed again in response to my queries that no money had been received from me. Now attached the payment slip as proof. Let's see where things develop. So far, missing information about the delay of the goods and the alleged lack of receipt of money seem pretty dubious !!!!
