Meine Fragen werden gar nicht richtig beantwortet . 1 Stern ist auch schon zuviel. No more. Unfriendly staff on the phone. Zero information what to do. My questions are not answered correctly. 1 star is already too much.

An absolute disgrace to a profession which requires speed, efficiency, professionalism and sensitivity, none of which were evident in the least. They are literally incapable of checking whether a payment has reached their account: that's the level of incompetence we're dealing with here. Appalling. Please, for the sake of your sanity, your children (or not your children, if you get me) and all that is pure and good in this world, use another laboratory, even if it costs you triple. Quadruple. Your life... Deutsche Version: Furchtbar.
