Das Team, das die Untersuchung durchführt ist nett, die Arzthelferin am Empfang allerdings an Unfreundlichkeit nicht zu unterbieten - sehr schade ... Extremely long waiting times and an arrogant manner in the admission and coordination. The team that carries out the examination is nice, but not to undercut the doctor's assistant at the reception in terms of unfriendliness - a shame ...
A	Annemarie B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz extrem starker Schmerzen wurde vor 3 Tagen ein Röntgen des linken Sprung bzw. Fussgelenkes gemacht. Dr. Blaschke meinte sollten die Schmerzen nicht besser werden sollten wir ein MRI machen und einen Termin vereinbaren. Dies erlaubte ich mir heute und die Dame R..... am Empfang war an Unfreundlichkeit und Überheblichkeit nicht zu überbieten. TERMIN 5.8.2020 um 17 Uhr 30 Früher kein Termin möglich. Wartezeit länger als 1 Monat obwohl dringend erforderlich. Kann nicht auf den Fuss auftreten. Damit darf ich jetzt länger als 1 Monat mit den Schmerzen leben. Hätte mir etwas mehr Freundlichkeit und Flexibilität erhofft. Diese Empfangsdame R... sollte sich ein Beispiel an ihrer Kollegin beim Röntgen nehmen, diese ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. I allowed myself this today and the lady R ..... at the front desk could not be beaten in unfriendliness and arrogance. DATE 5/8/2020 at 5:30 p.m. No appointment possible earlier. Waiting time longer than 1 month although urgently required. Cannot step on the foot. I can now live with the pain for more than 1 month. I would have hoped for a little more friendliness and flexibility. This receptionist R ... should take an example from her colleague for X-rays, who is very friendly and courteous.

Daß ist denen eingebildeten Weiber völlig egal. Nie mehr wieder bei diesen Arzt. A cheek how my wife was treated. Prepotent, over-usual, derogatory. Totally hysterical, my wife is claustrophobic. That doesn't matter to the conceited women. Never again with this doctor.

G	Gottfried R (Gottie) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute das erste mal bei Dr Kubin bin sehr enteuscht am Telefon hieß es ich soll 20 Minuten vor dem Termin kommen und musste dann fast ne Stunde noch warten es kam mir vor als ob die mich garnicht bemerkten Was today the first time with Dr Kubin, I was very disappointed on the phone, it said I should come 20 minutes before the appointment and then had to wait almost an hour, it seemed to me as if they didn't notice me at all

Die Damen machen einen guten Job, freundlich und auch am frühen Morgen ist ein Lächeln parat. Fühlte mich gut behandelt und informiert. It was my first visit for x-ray and ultrasound examinations, was received in a very friendly manner and what was possible in terms of data technology was also informed. L	Lisa R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Über eine Stunde Wartezeit (kann vorkommen). Die Dame beim MRT war unfassbar unfreundlich. Totaler Stress, Überforderung und zynische Bemerkungen. Sie war beim Venflon stechen grob und Kontrastmittel wurde auf mich gespritzt ohne eine Entschuldigung. Die im Vorhinein schon sehr unangenehme Situation eines MRTs wurde von der Dame noch unangenehmer gemacht. Mein erstes und hoffentlich letztes Erlebnis dieser Art bei Ärzten. Waiting for over an hour (can happen). The lady at the MRT was incredibly unfriendly. Total stress, excessive demands and cynical remarks. She was rough with the Venflon sting and contrast agent was injected on me without an apology. The already very uncomfortable situation of an MRI in advance was made even more uncomfortable by the lady. My first and hopefully last experience of this kind with doctors.

Dankeschön, hoffe zwar Sie nicht mehr zu benötigen, doch wenn dann nur bei Ihnen! Yesterday at the CT. Quick, kind Dr. Kubin! I was allowed to visit your institute after 2018 and I have to say: Still friendly and hard-working! Thank you, I hope I no longer need you, but if so, only from you!
