Nach der Untersuchung noch um eine Bestätigung für den Arbeitgeber gebeten und gefragt, ob die Diagnose auch an mich gesendet werden kann. Die war keine 10min nach der Untersuchung schon fertig und konnte ich mitnehmen. Vielen Dank und bis nächste Woche. Friendly and patient when making an appointment. R	Renate Hemetinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich habe ab 8 uhr morgens versucht das institut zu erreichen. bis 18uhr abend kam ich nicht durch. als ich die telefonnummer der privatpatienten anrief, bekam ich sofort eine leitung. ich habe seit 6 wochen schmerzen in der brustwirbelsäule--einen termin bekam ich am 16.juni. sowas hab ich noch nicht erlebt. das ist nicht patientenfreundlich i tried to reach the institute from 8 o'clock in the morning. I couldn't get through until 6pm. when i called the phone number of the private patient, i was immediately put on the line. i have had pain in my thoracic spine for 6 weeks - i got an appointment on june 16th. I've never seen anything like that. that is not patient-friendly

I	Innere Med on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Team ist eine Reinste Katastrophe, Die Mitarbeiter streiten sich vor uns (Den Patienten). Die Kolleginnen oben bei dem Empfang werden angeschrien. sowas geht garnicht die verbreiten schlechte Laune überall. Ich habe auch von den Mitarbeiterinnen oben beim Empfang gehört und auch gesprochen das es öfter so vorkommt. Es kann mir relativ egal sein, ist es aber nicht. Weil es vor den Augen der Patienten passiert. Ich will es nur gesagt haben, ansonnsten bekommt man die Bilder glei mit. Den Befund manchmal auch. Ansonsten alles gut. Ich hatte sehr schnell einen Termin bekommen, vor Ort keine lange Wartezeit und den Befund schnell erhalten. Verletzungensbedingt war ich schon in vielen MRI-Instituten und nirgendwo bekam ich so schnell einen Termin wie dort. It's been a long time since my appointment, but I've now recommended this institute to my friend and thought I'd write in my experience as well. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, didn't have to wait long on site and received the results quickly. I've been to many MRI institutes due to injuries and I never got an appointment as quickly as there.
