★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man schon jetzt auch einen Tarif vertreibt, dann sollte man die Mitarbeiter auch dementsprechend einschulen. Leider war dies nicht der Fall, vertröstet wurde man, dass die Chefin ja eh in 2 Stunden kommt und man einfach dann wieder kommen soll.
 If you are already selling a tariff, then you should train your employees accordingly. Unfortunately, this was not the case, you were put off that the boss is coming in 2 hours anyway and you should just come back then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute in der Scs und war völlig begeistert. Schnell und Kompetent von Herr Stokic beraten und ich habe gleich zugeschlagen. Das Team ist sehr geschult und hilfbereit. 5*, weil es mehr nicht gab. Immer wieder gerne, sehr empfehlenswert.
Was in the SCS today and was absolutely thrilled. Quick and competent advice from Mr. Stokic and I immediately struck. The team is very trained and helpful. 5 * because there was nothing more. Always happy, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behavior of salesWoman. Instead of politely asking and explanations of what should be done and not done in shop she used “mir ist Wurscht” ... I don’t think it is appropriate to say “f.. off” in shops like this.

I explained the issue with my laptop (power problem), after that I got a quote where nothing of what I told them was taken into account (it was recommended to swap the display). There was no possibility to talk to the technician and the shop employees where not competent enough to pass my information on.
