Vor über einem Monat habe ich ein neues Iphone bei ihnen bestellt, bis heute kam es nicht an, was noch keine Tragödie ist, da dies ja zurzeit normal ist. Aber gefühlt kennt sich in diesem Store keiner aus, jeder sagt mir etwas anderes. Ich wollte eigentlich nachfragen, wie es auf Grund des Lockdowns weitergeht bzw. wie ich zu meinem Handy komme. Bei jedem Anruf/Nachfrage bekomme ich etwas anderes gesagt, scheinbar muss ich jetzt bis nach dem Lockdown warten und mich „einfach gedulden und abwarten was passiert“. Als ich heute angerufen habe, bekam ich gesagt, dass ich im laufe des Vormittages einen Anruf bekomme und natürlich habe ich keinen bekommen. Absolutely no recommendation! More than a month ago I ordered a new Iphone from you, until today it didn’t arrive, which is not a tragedy, as this is normal at the moment. But it feels like nobody knows their way around this store, everyone tells me something different. I actually wanted to ask what happens after the lockdown or how I can get my cell phone. Every time I call / ask I am told something different, apparently I have to wait until after the lockdown and "just be patient and wait and see what happens". When I called today I was told that I would get a call in the course of the morning and of course I didn't get one.
