★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Wifi is slower than in any third world country. Unusable. Not acceptable in 2018. Touchscreen did not work. Receipt was not printed. Almost peed my pants trying to find another source for the mandatory toilet code. Food was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. 80% of them don't know English nor German, are messy and the tables are always filthy. For God's sake, the cashier didn't know how to multiply 3 coupons I had, she used a calculator and even then didn't manage it. Ended up paying the full price just to not have to see her again! And oh how was she rude! And every second time they mess up your order! Totally incompetent and I have to say "stupid" people working there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ since the renovation a few weeks ago it's been improving. the staff is mostly nice and willing to help, orders are handled quickly. missing items in orders are not as common as they used to be. Can be very loud at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the filthiest McDonald's in all of Vienna. If the manager is not around nobody cares to do their work properly. Staff has no clue what it means to be friendly. If you ever get a warm Burger consider yourself lucky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good fast-food place with a good serving system so you don't have to wait in line. You can order over an ordering machine but if you make a mistake and buy an item by accident it is still added to your bill. The food was rather good and they are trying to make it healthier which is affecting the price a lot(it becomes more expensive by the minute)
