★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food tastes nice and it's a nice place to sit and have a coffee, however could get a bit noisy on some occassions even when it's not busy.
They have a tendency of getting your order wrong but they would always correct it for you. Customer service is great.
Just your typical fast food restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who ever said this McDonald is good, he/she was probably only once inside. I live in Villach 3 years already and I am more or less regular customer. I was coming there minimum 5 times per month. They are the worst McDonald in Villach, or even I would there to say the worst McDonald in Austria. People always have to wait abnormal amount of time just to pay the food, then they wait until they get the food, and always, but always the food is cold and never fresh! This place needs a big and serious change of employees and managers.
I hope that other people who know and see this will report here in the same way and not giving some wrong information to the people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mc Donalds is placed at the Main Street of Villach. It feels relatively small, but actually there is a second floor, and usually there is enough place. The service is quick and accurate. Highly popular ?
BTW did you know the McDonalds have gluten free burgers now . My son was so happy finally to taste mcDonalds hamburger, he said it’s very tasty… well I am just glad he doesn’t feel left out now . The photos are of gluten free burgers
