Das sie mir die Kratzer auf meiner Stoßstange nicht als Schweren Mangel aufgeschrieben haben wundert mich sehr. Mein Auto wurde mir als Schrotthaufen verkauft, aber einen Kosten Voranschlag von knapp 3500€ hatten sie schon Fertig.... Das ich keinen Neuwagen habe verstehe ich selbst. Aber das...... Erste und Letzte mal diese Werkstatt. Incredible...... I got my car there for the pickerl check. I'm surprised that they did not write the scratches on my bumper as a serious defect. My car was sold to me as a scrap heap, but a cost estimate of almost 3500 € they had already finished .... That I do not have a new car, I understand myself. But that ...... First and last time this workshop.
A	Armin Schilke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider habe ich mit der Werkstatt keine so guten Erfahrungen gemacht: Anfang des Jahres 2020 ließ ich bei meinem Wagen beide Fahrwerksfedern tauschen. Der erste Kostenvoranschlag lag nicht viel unter dem von der Markenwerkstätte meines Autos. Trotz Rabatt dann immer noch sehr teuer. Weil aber in der ersten Jännerwoche fast keine Werkstatt offen hatte ließ ich die Reparatur durchführen. Einen Monat später stellte der ÖAMTC fest dass eine Feder falsch herum eingebaut wurde. Der Fehler wurde zwar korrigiert, von einer Entschuldigung aber Fehlanzeige! Kundenfreundlich sieht für mich anders aus. Ich kann nur jedem dringend raten Preise zu vergleichen!! Und wenn doch dort etwas repariert wird lasst es von einem echten Profi kontrollieren :-) Positiv: die Rechnung ist sehr genau und detailiert gemacht, sogar der Minutentarif ist darauf ersichtlich! Unfortunately, I have not had such a good experience with the workshop: At the beginning of 2020, I had both suspension springs replaced on my car. The first estimate was not much lower than that of my car's brand workshop. Despite the discount, it was still very expensive. But because there was almost no workshop open in the first week of January, I had the repair carried out. A month later, the ÖAMTC found that a spring was installed the wrong way round. The error has been corrected, but with an apology, none! Customer-friendly looks different to me. I strongly advise everyone to compare prices !! And if something is repaired there, have it checked by a real professional :-) Positive: the calculation is very precise and detailed, even the minute tariff can be seen on it!
W	Wolf J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verweigert die Montage von Reifen anderer Dimension. Erwartet wohl eine Typisierung bei der LR mit demontierten Reifen. Refuses to fit tires of other dimensions. Probably expected a typing at the LR with dismantled tires.

Update Oktober 2021: Service(2Reifendrucksensoren, 1Scheibenwischer, Rest normales Service.) Pickerl und Reifen umstecken 720€ das letzte mal, Danke Fitters top but the welcome and service flop more friendliness would be recommended. Update October 2021: Service (2 tire pressure sensors, 1 windshield wiper, rest of the normal service.) Change sticker and tire € 720 the last time, thank you

Very friendly, competent and reliable. In the shortest possible time, between Christmas and New Year, tires are taken care of and fitted. Many Thanks .
B	Bogdan Stojanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the appointment online and got price of 39 EUR for 4 tires shift. I went to the place yesterday. They have done some additional checks on the car and that was appreciated. Lady at the reception tried to communicate with me on English and put a lot of effort. That is highly appreciated. The issue is that charged my almost twice more (75 EUR). And they have not asked me in advance. They explained my tyres need balancing. I have checked today and I do not see any signs that balancing have been done (no new or old plumb removed). The interesting part is that 4 tyres unmounting, mounting and "balancing" took 15 minutes. That sounds impossible. Treating customers like this is far away to be acceptable. Especially in well-developed countries regardless language they speak.
