M	Matthias Glaser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Torangebot-erhalten im Herbst 2017- hätte auch im Frühling 2018 noch Gültigkeit haben sollen-steht so auch im Anbot-da erklärte man mir allerdings, dass man die Preissteigerung im neuen Jahr von Hörmann 'leider' an den Kunden weitergeben muss... Sehr unseriös-so gewinnt man keine Kunden! Door offer - received in autumn 2017 - should have still been valid in spring 2018 - is also in the offer - but I was told that Hörmann 'unfortunately' has to pass on the price increase in the new year to the customer ... Very dubious - that's how you don't win customers!

Man muss lästig bleiben um dann doch nicht zum Ziel zu kommen. Sehr schwach! (Bewertung bezugnehmend auf unsere Eigentumswohnung/Tiefgarage in Linz und ein Garagentor bei einem Einfamilienhaus). How can such a company exist? You ignore customer inquiries and concerns very skillfully ... (with my girlfriend and my mother). You have to remain a nuisance in order not to reach your goal. Very weak! (Evaluation based on our condominium / underground car park in Linz and a garage door in a single-family house).

Zum einen gab es nach telefonischer Bestellung eines Tiefgaragensensors keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr und der Erhalt des Produktes bliebt ebenso aus. Nach erneuter telefonischer Nachfrage wurde die Fernbedienung versandt, wobei ein Versandpreis von 8€ verrechnet und vorher nicht kommuniziert wurde. Danach ist die Koppelung des Senders nicht möglich gewesen, wobei Herr Mayer bei der Lösung des Problems keinerlei Hilfestellung bieten könnte. Das Versprechen noch einmal nachzulesen und sich erneut zu melden, bliebt ein leeres. Aufgrund dieser Inkompetenz und Unzuverlässigkeit habe ich den Sensor eingeschrieben zurück geschickt und davor per Mail den Kaufvertrag rechtens wiederrufen. Es kam erneut keine Rückmeldung und das Geld ist noch nicht am Konto. Selten so eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht!!! Unfortunately, I have had very bad experiences with Mayer gate technology. After that, the coupling of the transmitter was not possible, whereby Mr. Mayer could not offer any help in solving the problem. To read the promise again and to contact you again remains an empty one. Because of this incompetence and unreliability, I sent the sensor back by registered mail and before that I legally revoked the purchase contract by email. There was again no response and the money is not in the account yet. Rarely had such a bad experience!
