Incorrectly measured, 3 errors in 2 windows. Appointment is constantly being postponed. Agreed dates will not be kept.

If you have to measure 3 times for 2 interior doors and then the accessories are missing when the door is delivered, I probably don't need to say anything more!

Ich kann Door Plus nur weiterempfehlen! Since the advice was very good and the price as well, we have here everything on and to go (front door, window, Raff / Rollo, insect screen, garage door, interior doors) for our new house bought. I can only recommend Door Plus!

Es hat sich daraufhin niemand mehr gemeldet. Ich rief dann noch mehrmals in dieser Firma an (am 21. Und am 30. September). Ich wurde jedes Mal vertröstet und es hieß immer, der zuständige Mitarbeiter meldet sich bei mir. Bis heute (4. Oktober) hat sich keiner bei mir gemeldet. Ein wahres Musterbeispiel in Sachen Kundenservice! I called on September 1st about fixed glazing and they said I should write an email, which I did. As a result, nobody got in touch. I then called this company several times (on September 21st and 30th). I was put off every time and it was always said that the responsible employee would contact me. Nobody has contacted me until today (October 4th). A true example of customer service!
