Wir hatten bei dieser Firma eine Haustüre bestellt. Bei der Montage stellten wir eine kleine, zugegeben kaum sichtbare, Delle an der Innenseite fest. Das haben wir reklamiert, leider gab es kein Einsehen der Firma Door Plus. Wörtlich wurden Ausdrücke verwendet welche ich als Dienstleister nicht verstehen kann. (angebliche Reklamation, ÖNORM, in ihrem Unternehmen gibt es auch Richtlinien) Fazit - Grundsätzlich gute Produkte aber schlechtes Reklamationsmanagement Persönlich würde ich dort nicht mehr kaufen The Door Plus company has a large showroom in St. Martin im Mühlkreis. Good products are offered. We had ordered a front door from this company. During assembly we noticed a small dent, admittedly barely visible, on the inside. We complained about this, unfortunately there was no insight from Door Plus. Words were used literally which I as a service provider cannot understand. (Alleged complaint, ÖNORM, there are also guidelines in your company) Conclusion - Basically good products but bad complaint management Personally, I would not buy there anymore
M	Markus Leopoldseder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Produkte aber Kommunikation nach dem Kauf sehr schwierig. Auf Anrufe erfolgt in 9 von 10 Fällen kein Rückruf, EMails werden zumeist ignoriert. Haben in einer Scheibe der Terassentür plötzlich einen Riss, Monteur hat sich das bei der Montage des Insektenschutzes angesehen und gemeint das es möglicherweise ein Spannungsriss sei.....daraufhin bekamen wir per Email den Hinweis das Spannungsrisse nicht durch Garantie abgedeckt sind. Noch nicht ausgestanden das Thema, aber hätte mir etwas mehr Entgegenkommen bzw. Service erwartet dafür das wir die teuersten/besten (?) Fenster und Haustüre von Internorm dort gekauft haben und in Summe einen doch sehr hohen Auftrag an diese Firma vergeben haben. Lobend erwähnen muss man die Monteuere, aber ich würde nächstes mal eine andere Firma wählen. Good products but communication after purchase very difficult. In 9 out of 10 cases calls are not recalled, emails are mostly ignored. Have in a window of the patio door suddenly a crack, fitter looked at the installation of the insect repellent and meant that it might be a stress crack ..... then we got an email that the stress cracks are not covered by warranty. Not yet passed the topic, but I would have expected a little more responsiveness or service for the fact that we have bought the most expensive / best (?) Window and front door of Internorm there and in total have given a very high order to this company. You have to mention the Monteurere praise, but I would choose another company next time.

Ich kann Door Plus nur weiterempfehlen! Since the advice was very good and the price as well, we have here everything on and to go (front door, window, Raff / Rollo, insect screen, garage door, interior doors) for our new house bought. I can only recommend Door Plus!

Und zum Schluss wurde ich dann noch vom Chef am Telefon aufs übelste beschimpft. Einfach nur entäuschend. Ich würde nichts mehr kaufen in dieser Firma. My new front door was already broken during assembly. Had to wait for weeks for customer service. Absolutely no concession of the company. And in the end I was berated by the boss on the phone on the worst. Just disappointing. I would not buy anything in this company.

m	maria dillmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Fehlfunktion (Tür schließt nicht richtig und muss jedes Mal laut krachend ins Schloss geworfen werden, damit sie zubleibt) und wochenlanger (!) Bitte, die Türe zu reparieren, geschah nichts. Versprochene Rückrufe wurden auch nicht getätigt. Bis zur Bezahlung hatte alles gepasst und danach... Sehr enttäuschend! Despite a malfunction (door does not close properly and has to be thrown into the lock with a loud crack every time, so that it stays closed) and for weeks (!) Asking to repair the door, nothing happened. Promised callbacks were not made either. Everything was fine up to payment and afterwards ... Very disappointing!
