★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo la visita alla vicinissima (200 metri) Geburtshaus (casa di Mozart) in Getreidegasse siamo giunti in Universitätsplatz e, dopo la visita alla chiesa barocca (Kollegienkirche), ci siamo soffermati tra alcune bancarelle del mercato e deciso di fare uno spuntino presso questo chiostro “storico” ambulante della piazza.
Grande difficoltà a capirsi in inglese…ma molta cortesia e sorrisi: abbiamo acquistato specialità austriache e salisburghesi…tra queste vi consiglio un ottimo salume (molto simile al nostro prosciutto crudo, ma speziato) ed i formaggi…molti dei prodotti sono simili a quelli della gastronomia tedesca…la Germania è vicinissima.
I prezzi sono leggermente alti (ma a Salisburgo non è così insolito…).
Se vi capita fateci un salto magari per gustare un buon panino con freschi salumi ed ortaggi, o anche solo per ammirare i colori ed i profumi dell’ordinatissimo banco di vendita!
 After visiting the nearby (200 meters) Geburtshaus (Mozart's house) in Getreidegasse we arrived at Universitätsplatz and, after visiting the baroque church (Kollegienkirche), we stopped between some market stalls and decided to have a snack at this cloister "Historical" itinerant of the square.
Great difficulty understanding each other in English ... but a lot of courtesy and smiles: we bought Austrian and Salzburg specialties ... among these I recommend an excellent salami (very similar to our raw but spiced ham) and cheeses ... many of the products are similar to those of the German gastronomy ... Germany is very close.
The prices are slightly high (but in Salzburg it's not that unusual ...).
If you happen to drop by, maybe to enjoy a good sandwich with fresh cold cuts and vegetables, or even just to admire the colors and scents of the well-ordered sales counter!

She recommended the mountain cheese. I was able to order a small portion of it. I also ordered a peppered sausage.
Everything tasted great. I want to go back to try more stuff.
