Erwarte ein Mindestmaß an Höflichkeit sowie ein freundliches Auftreten. Auch möchte ich nicht salopp mit "Du" angesprochen werden- das Ikea-DU ist am Graben schon sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dame im Untergeschoss sehr höflich. The saleswoman probably doesn't need the job. Good thing, there are enough job seekers who know how to behave. Expect a minimum of courtesy and a friendly demeanor. I also don't want to be casually addressed as "you" - the Ikea-DU at Graben takes a lot of getting used to. Lady in the basement very polite.

Hätten die Tache nur mit dem gleichen Modell in einer anderen Farbe tauschen müssen. 1.400 Euro Umsatz verloren! Geh' ich halt wo anders hin! Wanted to buy a bag. Unfortunately not available in the desired color, only in the shop window. But they did NOT want to give them to me! Only had to swap the bags with the same model in a different color. 1,400 euros in sales lost! I'm going somewhere else!

Meinem Mann und mir wurde Champagner und Kaffee serviert. Frau Pölz hat mich ausgesprochen liebevoll und fachlich top beraten. Ich wollte dann genau dieses Kleid etwas größer haben. Frau Lukas (Geschäftsführung) und Frau Pölz haben alles daran gesetzt, damit das Kleid rechtzeitig zum Geburtstag bei mir ist. Max Mara am Graben hat somit eine neue Stammkundin erworben! I bought a beautiful dress from Max Mara am Graben for my birthday party. It was an experience! My husband and I were served champagne and coffee. Ms. Pölz gave me extremely loving and professional advice. I wanted this dress to be a little bigger. Ms. Lukas (management) and Ms. Pölz did everything they could to get the dress to me in time for my birthday. Max Mara am Graben has acquired a new regular customer!
