A	Andrea Schalber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine reine Frechheit, ich habe schon vieles gehört aber das ist die reinste Frechheit ich hatte eine Op und muss einen Hallux Valgus Schuh tragen. Da er nach 3 Wochen eine Blase und das Material abgegangen ist bin ich extra zum Gesschäft. Sie haben mich als Jugendlicher so hergestellt als hätte ich keine Ahnung und sie verlangten von mir das ich ohne Schuh ca 1 Woche zur Schule gehe. Das Problem ist ich darf ohne Schuh keinen Schritt gehen sonst könnte eine Schraube brechen oder sonst etwas das ich die Op wiederholen muss. Da das meine Mutter mitbekommen hat hat sie eine Email geschrieben. Dan kam ein Anruf das wir einen konpletten neuen Schuh bekommen würde und das er abhol bereit wäre mein Freund fuhr auf Innsbruck ins Geschäft dan verlangt sie 70,- und stellten meinen Freund als lügner her. Jetzt muss aber mein Freund nochmals runter den alten Schuh runter zu bringen. Jetzt zahle ich 140.- für 2 Schuhe Obwohl ich nur einen bräuchte es wird nicht einmal etwas rückerstattet man wird nur als Lügner und als dummer Jugendlicher hergestellt. Es ist sehr schade das ich dies schreiben musste aber ich bin sehr enttäuscht ich bin normal viel besser und professioneleres gewohnt. Wer fragen hat kann mich gerne Kontaktieren. S	Susanne Pischl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir wurde in der Klinik eine Knieorthese gegeben die allerdings zu groß war. Man sagte mir dort der Danner würde sie mir anpassen. Bei Danner wurde nach mehrmaligem Biegen der Orthese aber behauptet sie passt so. Erst nachdem ich selbst rausgefunden habe wie man die richtige Größe der Orthese bestimmt und dass sie sogar 2 Nummern zu groß war, wurde die Orthese ersetzt - natürlich ohne die Orthese perfekt an mein Bein anzupassen. Ich würde mir von einem Fachbetrieb mehr erwarten. I was given a knee brace in the clinic, but it was too big. I was told there the Danner would adapt it to me. Only after I found out for myself how to determine the correct size of the orthosis and that it was even 2 sizes too large, was the orthosis replaced - of course without the orthosis perfectly fitting to my leg. Hierbei wurde mir dieses Sanitätshaus empfohlen, welches mir ohne Termin sofort geholfen hat. Super freundliches Personal und schnelle Hilfe! Nur zu empfehlen! Due to an incorrect number of degrees in my knee brace, I had to have it changed. Here I was recommended this medical supply store, which helped me immediately without an appointment. Juni warte ich schon auf die angebassten Strümpfe für meine dicken Füße, da wird man Angerufen das man die Strümpfe bald abholbereit sind, und dann erfährt man das diese Frau in Urlaub ist! Ich weiß nur wenn ich einmal im Sterben liegen sollte , dann rufe ich Danner um den Tod, denn dann kann ich noch lange Leben !!!!!!!!!! I advise you to keep your hands off Danner, because there is no reliability here! Erst wurde mir am Krankenbett ein teurer Hallux valgus Schuh verkauft zum Selbstkostenpreis von €70 je Schuh, trotz mehrfachen nachfragen ob die Kasse nichts zahlt, verneinte der Verkäufer! Zuhause nach Erhalt der Rechnung, bemerkte ich dass die Kasse sehrwohl kosten übernimmt aber nicht für diesen Luxus Schuh, sondern für ein anderes Modell! Fühle mich betrogen, und abgezockt! Nun nachdem die Rechnungsstellung sehr chaotisch war, bat ich um eine endüldige Gesamtrechnung um diese begleichen zu können. Nun erneut eine teilrechnung mit €5 Mahnspesen! Mittlerweile gibt es in Innsbruck mehrere sanitätshäuser welche sehr engagiert und kompetent sind, suchen sie diese auf! Danner ist nicht vertrauenswürdig und nicht zu empfehlen! Seit ich in ein anderes Geschäft gehe kenn ich den Unterschied der schlechten Qualität von Danner, zu dem wie es eigentlich sein soll erst so richtig. Nie wieder! An absolutely chaotic place. The staff is rude, the quality is absolutely poor. Ever since I went to another store, I've only really known the difference between the poor quality of Danner and how it should actually be. Never again!
S	Silvia Winkler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schönen Abend, war mit meiner Mutter beim Danner, Meine Mama wollte BHs mit Reißverschluss, sind fündig geworden, meine Mama ist mit den BHs sehr zufrieden. Uns hat eine sehr feinfühlige, geduldige Verkäuferin bedient, diese hat sich fuer meine Mutter Zeit genommen, ihre Wuensche ernstgenommen und ist auf auf diese auch eingegangen. Wir habe dann auch noch einen Rollator mitgenommen, diesen konnte meine Mutter auch in Ruhe ausprobieren und wir wurden gut beraten. Nach einiger Zeit haben die Bremsen nicht mehr so funktioniert wie es sein sollte, bin dann ins Geschäft und die Bremsen wurden nachgestellt, konnte den Rollator gleich wieder mitnehmen. Danke fuer die schnelle Erledigung. L. G.
