S	Sabrinchen St on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann ich über diese Filiale von Mango in der Rathausgalerie nichts Gutes berichten nachdem ich meine erste und sicherlich letzte Begegnung mit der Filialleitung hatte. Einer so unhöflichen und respektlosen Person bin ich mein Lebtag noch nie begegnet. Ich wollte einen Artikel reklamieren welcher nach 1 x tragen kaputt war und wurde von der Filialleitung dort diesbezüglich ausgelacht und vor anderen Kunden blossgestellt. Sie hatte nicht mal den Anstand mich ausreden zu lassen und behandelte mich wie eine Unmündige ( mit meinen 32 Jahren! ) . Ich kann leider nicht verstehen wie Mango so eine impertinente Person als Filialleitung anstellen kann und werde diese Filiale sicher kein weiteres Mal besuchen. Von Kundenservice und Kundenbindung hat diese Filialleitung anscheinend noch nie etwas gehört. Ich war dann mit dem selben Anliegen im Mango im DEZ-Einkaufszentrum und meine Reklamation wurde selbstverständlich (da gerechtfertigt) entgegen genommen und reklamiert. Kann diese Filale leider nicht empfehlen! Unfortunately, I can not say anything good about this branch of Mango in the Rathausgalerie after I had my first and certainly last meeting with the branch manager. I've never met such a rude and irreverent person in my lifetime. I wanted to complain about an article which was broken after 1 x wear and was laughed at by the store management in this regard and exposed in front of other customers. She did not even have the decency to talk me out and treated me like a child (with my 32 years!). Unfortunately, I can not understand how Mango can hire such an impertinent person as a branch manager and will certainly not visit this branch again. Of customer service and customer loyalty, this branch has apparently never heard anything. I was then with the same concern in the mango in the shopping center DEZ and my complaint was of course (as justified) received and complained. Can not recommend this Filale unfortunately!
M	M. S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem mein "Wunschrock" nicht in der nötigen Grösse vorhanden war, wählte ich eine Alternative, sah jedoch an einer Schaufensterpuppe den gewünschten Artikel in XS. Ich ging zu einer jungen, sehr freundlichen Beraterin und fragte, ob ich den Rock umtauschen könne gegen den von der Schaufensterpuppe. Sofort war sie bereit, den Rock von der Puppe zu nehmen, brachte beide Artikel in den 1. Stock; die Beraterin dort war ebenfalls äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank den Damen! After my "Wunschrock" was not available in the required size, I chose an alternative, but saw on a mannequin the desired article in XS. I went to a young, very friendly counselor and asked if I could exchange the skirt for the one from the mannequin. Immediately she was ready to take the skirt off the doll, brought both items to the 1st floor; The consultant there was also extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you the ladies!

Man hat das Gefühl als müsste man froh sein hier einkaufen zu dürfen. Empfinde das als schlechtes Service. Die Dame beim Einkauf am Vortag war allerdings sehr freundlich The lady on the phone speaks very bad German and is very snotty. She does not bother much. Die junge etwas untersetzte Verkäuferin ist keine Verkäuferin, sondern ein Mensch, der einfach aufpasst, dass nichts geklaut wird oder so was. Beratung gleich null, Motivation gleich null, Freundlichkeit gleich null. @Mango: vielleicht mal eine Testkäuferin reinschicken oder diese Verkäuferin auf eine Weiterbildung schicken. Gehe da nur rein, wenn eine andere Verkäuferin drin ist. This review refers to the Mini Mango in the Rathaus Galleries on Saturday 21.08.2021 at around 3 p.m. The young, somewhat stocky saleswoman is not a saleswoman, but a person who just makes sure that nothing is stolen or something. Advice is zero, motivation is zero, friendliness is zero. @ Mango: maybe send in a test buyer or send this saleswoman on further training. Only go in there if another saleswoman is in there.
