Vielleicht liegt es am Alter da die älteren Damen schon nett beraten werden aber am kaufkräftigen jungen Damen kein Interesse gezeigt wird. Schade, dieses Reformhaus werde ich nicht mehr aufsuchen. Unfortunately, a rather annoyed lady met at the checkout who had no desire or interest to carry out a consultation. Perhaps it is due to the age because the older women are given nice advice but no interest is shown in the affluent young women. It's a shame, I won't go to this health food store anymore.

Suche mir ein anderes Reformhaus. Unfriendly staff, the woman at the cash desk reprimanded me when my face mask slipped. The expression customer is king is unknown to them. Find me another health food store.

Ich kaufe dort sehr gerne ein und wurde immer freundlich behandelt und auch gut beraten. Sowohl die jüngeren Damen als auch die älteren Damen sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insofern kann ich die schlechten Bewertungen hier überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Vielen Dank liebes MR-Team! I am very happy that we have a Martin Reformstark store in Huma Eleven. The range is good and varied. I really enjoy shopping there and was always treated in a friendly manner and also well advised. Both the younger ladies and the older ladies are all very nice and helpful. In this respect, I cannot understand the bad reviews here at all. Thank you dear MR team!
