Sehr empfehlungswert... At depot you should plan more time .... so much to rummage .... always find something ..... I also had today so nice and helpful saleswoman .... great if you are advised - with a smile! !! Highly recommended ...
S	Sarina C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Geschäft an sich mag ich sehr gerne, leider war ich heute schockiert von der unhöflichen und absolut verachtenden Art einer der Verkaufsdamen. Ich war gerade dabei die Dekoration für ein größeres Event zu planen und probierte einige 'Ensembles' aus und ging im Geschäft herum während ich die verschiedenen Option im Kopf durchging. Während der guten 20 Minuten die ich in der Simmering Depot Filiale verbrachte wurde ich von den Verkäuferinen kein einziges Mal gefragt ob ich Beratung/Hilfe bräuchte, stattdessen stürmte auf einmal eine Damen auf mich zu und begann mich regelrecht zu 'schimpfen' warum ich denn alles anfasse und nicht alles wieder sofort an den Platz zurücklege. Ich habe ihr erklärt, dass ich die Sachen nicht zurückgelassen habe, sondern mich ja noch im Geschäft befinde und dabei bin zu überlegen welche der Sachen mitkommen, und dass ich allerdings bei so einem Kundenservice eher nichts mitnehmen werde. Daraufhin erwiederte die Dame nur, dass dies nichts mit Kundenservice zu hat, ich soll nicht alles ausprobieren und dann einfach liegen lassen. Ich schüttelte nur den Kopf und verliess das Geschäft mit den Worten, dass die Dame sich für ihr Verhalten schämen sollte. Daraufhin wurde mir nur noch in einem sehr sarkastischem Ton 'Einen schönen Tag noch' nachgerufen. I really like the business itself, but unfortunately today I was shocked by the rude and absolutely despicable nature of one of the sales ladies. I was just planning the decoration for a bigger event, trying out some 'ensembles' and going around the shop while going through the different options in my head. During the good 20 minutes that I spent in the Simmering Depot store I was never asked by the salesmen if I needed any advice / help, instead a ladies stormed up to me and started to "scold me" why I did everything do not touch everything and immediately return to the place. I explained to her that I did not leave the things behind, but I'm still in the business and I'm thinking about which of the things to come along, and that I'm not going to take anything with such a customer service. Then the lady just replied that this has nothing to do with customer service, I should not try everything and then just leave it. I just shook my head and left the shop saying that the lady was to be ashamed of her behavior. As a result, I was only called in a very sarcastic tone 'Have a nice day'.

Die Frau bei der Kassa hatte keine Ahnung wie man ein Gutschein einlöst und statt sich zu informieren, ist sie uns angegangen und nur laut geschrien, dass das nicht geht und was wir ihr da geben.. Sie hat die Aufmerksamkeit von allen Kunden auf sich gezogen, weil sie so laut war. So geht man doch nicht mit den Kunden um. Den Gutschein haben wir problemlos bei einer anderen Filiale eingelöst.. The staff is unfortunately very rude and incompetent. The woman at the cash desk had no idea how to redeem a voucher and instead of looking for information, she approached us and just shouted loudly that it was not possible and what we were giving her. She drew the attention of all customers because it was so loud. That's not how you treat customers. We redeemed the voucher at another branch without any problems.

Ich wohne nebenan und GEHE in die FILIALE wirklich im äußersten NOTFALL hinein - sehr ungern !!!! NOT POLITE! UNPROFESSIONAL! and not suitable for the job !! The branch management here is a pure DISASTER !!!! I live next door and GO into the BRANCH really in an EXTREME EMERGENCY - very reluctantly !!!!
E	Ein Google-Nutzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geschäft im huma eleven. Im ersten Stock gelegen. Sehr großes Angebot an verschiedenen Gegenständen, meistens ändert sich das Sortiment auch saisonal. Aufgrund der großen Fläche findet bestimmt jeder einen Bereich mit interessanten Produkten. Die Preise sind nicht allzu hoch. Freundliches Personal. Größtenteils kurze Wartezeiten an der Kassa. Der Laden ist immer einen Besuch wert, besonders wenn man mal wieder das Zuhause dekorieren möchte. Business in the huma eleven. Located on the first floor. Very wide range of different items, mostly the range also changes seasonally. Due to the large area, everyone will surely find an area with interesting products. The prices are not too high. Friendly staff. Mostly short waiting times at the cash desk. The shop is always worth a visit, especially if you want to decorate your home again.
P	PokeCards Vienna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine vernichtende Rezension für diese Filiale. Jeder normale Mitarbeiter der mit solchen Führungskräften zusammen arbeiten muss tut einem nur leid. Man wird aufs schlimmste ausgenutzt, Freundlichkeit ist hier fehl am Platz. Es wird hinter einem Rücken geredet, geschimpft etc. Selbst im privaten Leben wird man mit diversen Fotos die man angeblich falsch gemacht hat konfrontiert (reinster psychoterror) ich werde dieses Geschäft in Zukunft nur mehr meiden. Ein Armutszeugnis A scathing review for this branch. Every normal employee who has to work with such managers just feels sorry for them. You will be exploited in the worst way, friendliness is out of place here. People talk behind one's back, scold, etc. Even in private life one is confronted with various photos that one allegedly took wrong (pure psychoterror) I will only avoid this business in the future. A sign of poverty
