I'm here for the 2nd time in a row and it's closed! Another note is hanging here "Coming soon" I have already been waiting 10 minutes! Nobody can be reached by phone! I went here especially because of Roma! That's enough, I'll look for another branch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So eine tolle Filiale - viiiiiel besser als im EKZ im 11. Bezirk!
Dort habe ich quasi knapp 100€ aus dem Fenster geschmissen für Produkte, die bei mir gar nicht funktioniert haben trotz ausführlicher Erklärung meinerseits was ich haben möchte, und für Pflegeprodukte die ich eigentlich gar nicht wollte.
In der Filiale im huma eleven werden einem keine teuren Produkte aufgezwängt, man wird super und ehrlich Beraten. Möchte mich hiermit noch einmal bei der Dame die am Samstag Dienst hatte herzlich bedanken :).
In Zukunft werde ich nur noch diese Filiale besuchen!
Such a great branch - much better than the EKZ in the 11th district!
There I almost threw almost 100 € out of the window for products that didn't work for me despite a detailed explanation from me about what I want, and for care products that I actually didn't want at all.
In the huma eleven branch, no expensive products are forced on you, you get great and honest advice. I would like to thank the lady who was on duty on Saturday once again :).
In the future I will only visit this branch!
