N	Nova Osborne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located a decent walk from the Hbf, but public transport in Innsbruck is solid, so no worries, and the town itself isn't super big. Also situated really close to Tantegert, a nice trail-running/hiking area, as well as Schloss Ambras and grocery stores. Didn't see a fridge; I'd've liked the option to make my own food. Killer breakfast.
A	Angelina Stefatou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent one night in a 6 bed mixed dormitory and after that I'm always coming back here! ? It was clean and the room was more than enough for 6 people. I've had enough space for me and from the others (meaning private space here). Also, there were 2 bathrooms+shower, which I found pretty cool and practical. A table in front of the window to use, which allows you to enjoy the view of the mountain Nordkette. Fantastic! Staff is super friendly and responded really fast to my emails/chat. A plus to communication and kindness for them as well. You can get there easily from the train main station, either by using the public transport, or by foot in around 30'. Breakfast was in the price included, fresh stuff refilled continuously from the personal. Nothing to complain about and really happy with the variety. There is a bar at the reception and a terrace that you can sit and spend some time, and again: enjoy the view. You can fall in love with the mountains as the sun goes down, or up ? Do recommend it and will visit again ? Cheers ?
T	Terry's Travels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here 2 times and I love it. The staff were great and helpful and the breakfast buffet was great and slept so good and the view of the mountain was breathtaking. I strongly recommend this hostel for all travelers.

I was particularly happy with the fact that I was able to check in earlier as my bus was way quicker than expected and I was just waiting around in the city! The staff are very friendly and my room was well cleaned. I enjoyed the breakfast included in the price and thought it was of a good quality. The only negative is some things, such as the bathroom fan, were in need of updating as they was very loud and caused a disturbance to others. I would stay here again.
a	alessandro ostini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely incorrect. I booked a room with Booking a month ago. As indicated on the Booking page, I went to check in, with a negative swab. I was not accepted into the structure because they told me that the government rules had changed two days ago and they had forgotten to change the information on the Booking page. Even though it was their mistake, they still charged me the full amount of the room. And they refused to refund me. The page still reports the same error today, after almost a month and a half. I will never go back to this hotel. They don't respect the customer. I consider this attitude a serious commercial misconduct. I understand the crisis in the sector due to Covid but the problem is not solved by stealing from customers.
N	Natalia Przybylska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay, very clean and the staff is helpful. It is an amazing spot for winter but also summer vacations. I can recommend this place to everyone, as it will fulfill all expectations. I will definitely come back.
E	Edson Bittencourt Imperico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hostel, spacious, clean, the dormitory has a view over the mountains, but you better ask as I could see some rooms with views over a concrete wall of a motorway. The motorway is at the back of the hostel building, but no noise at night. As for the location it is 30 minutes walk from downtown. The breakfast is excellent.
