R	Rabia Küçük on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Winter ist es so heiß drin, dass ich vermeide hineinzugehen! Leider sind sehr oft Medikamente nicht lagernd. Die Freundlichkeit fehlt oft! It's so hot inside in winter that I avoid going inside! Unfortunately, drugs are very often not in stock. The friendliness is often missing!
8	85 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ die Damen sind grundsätzlich alle sehr nett... heute war ein männlicher Mitarbeiter (türkischer Abstammung), der wahnsinnig unfreundlich ist! Der trotz Vorzeigen eines Fotos uns das falsche Produkt verkauft! Nachdem wir freundlich nachgefragt haben, ob das verkaufte Produkt mit dem auf dem Foto große Unterschiede gibt, war er total beleidigt und mit genervter Stimme sagt der einfach:"wissen Sie was, gehen Sie in eine andere Apotheke, kommen Sie nie wieder zu uns"... sowas habe ich wirklich noch nie in dieser üblicherweise sehr netten Apotheke erlebt, eine ausgesprochene Frechheit... the ladies are basically all very nice ... today was a male employee (Turkish descent) who is insanely unfriendly! Who sells us the wrong product despite showing a photo! After we kindly asked whether the product sold with the one in the photo made a big difference, he was totally offended and in an annoyed voice he simply said: "You know what, go to another pharmacy, never come to us again" ... I really have never experienced anything like this in this usually very nice pharmacy, a real cheek ...

Eine Sehr liebe und freundliche Mitarbeiterin ?half mir aus der Patsche. Ich brauchte mein Medikament und die Ärztin hatte keine Ordination mehr, die Angestellte sah in den Computer und ich habe das Medikament bekommen, weil ich es schon in der Apotheke gekauft haben. DANKE , DANKE ? Friendly staff, expert advice, if you want to go to the pharmacy with a wheelchair helps the staff. Well organized. A very nice and friendly employee helped me out of trouble. I needed my medication and the doctor was out of ordination, the clerk looked at the computer and I got the medicine because I bought it at the pharmacy. THANK YOU, THANK YOU ?
