Heute um 12.30 Uhr mit 5 anderen Testwilligen ohne Anmeldung kaum 5 Minuten Wartezeit. E-Card übergeben, Telefonnummer angegeben und schon bin ich bei einem ebenso freundlichen Herren gesessen, der mich auch vorher gefragt hat, ob jemals bei mir ein derartiger Abstrich gemacht wurde. Dann ging alles blitzschnell und vollkommen schmerzlos über die Bühne und nach 20 Minuten war bereits der Link als SMS auf dem Handy. Absolut empfehlenswert! Nettes Team! Medis für Hunde & Katzen sind auch zu kaufen, allerdings rufe ich lieber vorher an um es mir zu reservieren. Falls nicht lagernd, meistens zwischen 14 und 15 Uhr abholbereit. Üblicherweise ist man aber sofort dran, wenn die Daten einmal erhoben sind, dauert das ganze Prozedere 1 Minute und man ist wieder weg. Logistisch eine Meisterleistung, die Leute sind immer freundlich, nie merkt man etwas von Stress, ein tolles Team. Das die Test überhaupt nötig sind, dafür kann die Apotheke nichts, aber wenn es denn sein muss, dann dort. Heute 28.12. am Vormittag getestet, das Ergebnis war innerhalb von 6 Stunden da. In dieser Apotheke wird Menschlichkeit groß geschrieben.Vielen Dank für alles, ihr seids einfach die besten Very helpful, competent, efficient and friendly staff. After asking a shop assistant (she was not in a good mood) for meds I realized that I have forgotten my wallet at home. I asked if I can come back for my stuff in 30 minutes and she shouted on me and refused to help me saying that I woke up here in night. But that's her job! Awful relation. Never will come here again.
